谈概念隐喻理论与英语写作教学
摘 要：隐喻不仅具有修辞功能，更重要的是一种思维方式；隐喻在语言中具有不可替代的作用。文章尝试将认知隐喻理论中的一些相关概念，如映射理论、概念隐喻和隐喻表达式，应用于英语写作教学，提出写作中隐喻思维培养的重要性。关键词： 概念隐喻 隐喻理论 英语写作
Abstract: Metaphor is not only a rhetoric device, but a matter of thought and action. The paper attempts to apply the conceptual metaphor theory to the teaching of English writing and further proposes that importance be attached to developing students’ metaphorical thinking in English writing.
