浅析我国旅行社的人力资源管理
摘要:我国加入WTO后，面对大量外资与合资旅行社的涌入，我国旅行社面临的将是全球性的.竞争态势，这对我国旅行社人力资源的管理提出了非常严峻的挑战。文章通过分析我国旅行社人力资源管理的存在的问题，并借鉴西方发达国家先进的人力资源管理经验，对如何加强和改善我国旅行社人力资源管理提出对策建议。

On Human Resources Management of Travel
Agencies in Our Country
Abstract: After China’s joining WTO, facing with massive foreign capital and joint capital travel agencies emerging in our market, the travel agencies in our country will meet a worldwide competitive, and great challenge is put forward for the human resources management of our travel agencies. By analyzing problems existing in human resources of our travel agencies and learning from the advanced in human resource management of western developed countries, this article give suggestions to how to strengthen and improve our travel agency human resources management.
