知识产权保护与我国科技企业的发展
摘 要
进入知识经济时代，各国都更加重视知识产权的利用和保护，在国家政策和法律制度的推动下，科技企业的发展离不开知识产权的保护已经成为1种趋势，我国企业对自主研发科技成果的知识产权享有了所有权，如何更高效地将这些知识产权转化为经济力量成为了摆在我们面前的问题，本文从介绍赋予企业中科学技术知识产权保护的必要性出发，试图挖掘保护企业技术的本质和诱因，明晰企业知识产权的社会经济的角色定位，探索知识产权与我国科技企业发展的方向。
