职场秘籍：谈谈海外实习
很多找工作的学生都把目标锁定在国内，但相对的，也有一些人已经开始考虑前往海外实习。
Many students, in their job search, are looking locally, but some, incontrast, are already thinking of flying across the continent or evenoverseas just for an internship.
想象一下：在不同的国度讲着不同语言工作的情景吧。海外实习听起来似乎是一个昂贵的标志，一个"全球公民"。
Imagine working with different nationalities, talking in different languages.An overseas internship seems to mean fancy brand, a "global citizen".
海外实习听起来很让人兴奋，这一点毋庸置疑。但同样很昂贵、富有挑战性。对那些需要自费实习的人来说尤为如此。
It sounds exciting, no doubt about it. But it can also be expensive and challenging, especially when an intern has to pay for everything.
那么，海外实习有哪些途径呢？海外交流组织国际经济学商学学生联合会的YuQuyue表示："出发前最重要的事情是要确立明确的目标。如果你只想为自己的简历增添几分亮点，或是想体会异国的生活，这个代价未免太大了。但是，如果运用得当，这将成为一个让你获益匪浅的经历。"
So,how do you approach it? "The most important thing is to establish cleargoals before you go," said Yu Quyue, with AIESEC, an overseas exchange organization. "If you just want to add some shine to your resume, ortaste the exotic life, it's not worth the cost. However, when it's good, it can be a rare and immensely beneficial experience."
