摘要 合理的薪酬激励是对企业经营者激励的有效方式。EVA薪酬激励模式作为1种有效的激励手段,已经在国外的大企业中普遍开展起来。本文从我国国有企业经营者薪酬的现状出发,结合国有企业经营者薪酬的现状和影响引出了1个更新的EVA的薪酬激励理论,并以EVA的薪酬激励理论为基础对国有企业经营者的薪酬激励模式进行分析,通过我国现有的'国有企业经营者薪酬激励模式和基于EVA的国有企业经营者薪酬激励模式两者的不同进行比较发现EVA的国有企业经营者薪酬激励模式的特点,最后对EVA的国有企业经营者薪酬激励应用及建议。
