summer intern电面面经攒rp来攒rp，我申的'是GM的sales，刚面完，讲了半小时口干舌燥的。。分享如下：1.outline your research on the financial and banking industry in general2.what specific research did you do on HSBC3.what differs HSBC from other financial giants4.why you choose this department, what interests you most5.give an example how you overcome difficulties in a certain situation6.give an example how you deal with conflicts with someone on your team7.give an example when you asked for someone's support8.give an example when you learned some sophisticated skills from others 9.give an example when you persuaded others, were they happy with your opinionexhausted之后能想起来的就这些，应该是全部了~HR会根据你的回答再问一些问题，比如她还问了我交换学习的事，但是有时候我说过了的她还会再问，比如关于HSBC的research。。用了好一会儿来适应英伦口音，那个ask for support的问题我pardon了几次，愣是没听出ask来。。看来我完全被美语化了。。囧祝大家好运！^^本文仅代表作者观点,与本站立场无关.【summer intern电面面经】相关文章：
