尊敬的各位领导、老师：
大家好！
今天，我能在这里和大家共同交流工作体会，感到万分荣幸。
首先，我要感谢我们英语组全体组员对我的影响和帮助。虽然我是教研组长，但我们组的每个英语老师都有许多我学习的地方，比如张丽衷老师善于找记忆方法、能够调动学生的积极性，贺丽娟老师课前复习的到位，博林老师习题讲解的透彻，赵楠老师课后辅导的及时等等。
回顾自己这十五年来在教学中的点点滴滴，感觉并没有什么“经验”，有的只是自己尽职尽责的工作态度。我觉得要想取得好成绩，和平时心血的付出是成正比的。以下是自己在教学实践中的`一些做法和感悟，有不当之处，请各位多批评指正。
一、建立良好的师生关系
教学中，我感受最深的是，学生在成长过程中，需要知识，更需要关爱，作为老师，除了要有精湛的业务、敬业的精神、全面的知识，更重要的是在传道授业解惑时，做到爱生如子。 “亲其师而信其道”，只有让学生喜欢你，他们才会信任你，向着你引导的方向发展。
二、狠抓课堂教学，提高课堂效率
现在正处于应试教育向素质教育转轨时期，既要求减轻负担，又要求提高教育质量，这就要求必须在课堂上下功夫，提高课堂效率，我通常注重以下几个方面：
1、认真备课。
大家都知道，备好课是上好课的前提，备课包括三方面，备教材、备学生、备教法。备教材。我总是提前翻阅各种材料、教师用书、学习资料及以往的相应试题，对于哪些是重点难点，哪些知识点扩展到什么程度，会以什么形式出题，做到心中有数。备学生，就是要了解学生的年龄特点、接受能力、知识储备情况，这样可以避免起点太高，学生听不懂，或起点太低，学生感到无聊的情况。备教法。每个学生特点各不相同，我采取适合学生的方法导入新课，用学生易于掌握的方法讲解新知，用学生感兴趣的方法组织课堂活动等等。
2、关注每个学生，提高课堂凝聚力。
讲课时，我的视线遍布每个角落，始终用眼光爱抚每个学生，学生的每个动作和眼神都逃不过我的眼睛，并且与学生进行眼神的交流，久而久之，每个学生都会感到老师一直在关注我，从而使他们集中注意力，认真听讲。
3、精讲多练，提高课堂效率。
初中生的注意力集中时间只能持续十五到二十分钟。我以前是“一张嘴，一支笔，从课首讲到课尾。”的教学模式。其实新课程理念要求我们重视学生在课堂上的主体地位，少讲多练。现在我正在努力转变思想，在今后的教学中做到精讲多练。
4、教法灵活，降低学习难度。
英语学科知识点多而杂，致使部分学生因记不住而失去兴趣。我觉得张丽衷老师就经常教学生一些顺口溜来帮助记忆，使学生轻松的掌握知识，提高兴趣。即使她编不出顺口溜，我看她也尽量使用易于记忆的方法进行知识归纳，这些都是我要学习和正在学习的地方。
三、经常查漏补缺，及时抓弱补偏
在提高课堂效率的基础上，还要指导、督促学生搞好课外复习，防止知识的遗忘，并经常进行检查测试，多批多改，及时发现问题，解决问题。以前我并没有意识到给学生批卷纸有多必要，这学期前两单元我考了4次批了4次，我发现学生做题认真了，错的地方重视了，有的知识我觉得学生应该会，实际上有的学生并没有掌握，有利于我及时调整课堂内容。上半学期也批卷纸，那是怕完成不了张玉玲主任的任务很无奈的批，现在批卷纸批到某个题的时候也很生气，但批完之后的收效真的很大。在这里要谢谢张玉玲主任。

昨天的观摩研讨课和今天的经验交流，以两种不同的形式向我们展示了近年来我市广大英语教师在课堂教学改革方面取得的成绩。在此，我谨代表与会的所有的老师对为我们提供宝贵经验的单位和老师们表示衷心地感谢！
通过昨天下午的说、评、议活动，在看到成绩的同时，我们也清楚地看到了课堂教学中的一些无效、低效现象。这些现象影响着课堂教学的效率，制约着课堂教学向高效目标的发展。什么是高效？怎样才能高效？如何克服课堂教学中一些常见的低效现象，使课堂走向高效？我认为是我们亟待解决的问题。所以，今天借此机会和老师们一起就这方面的问题做个交流。
随着教育改革的不断深化，课堂教学作为教育过程的中心环节，作为推进素质教育、提高教学质量的主渠道、主阵地，愈来愈受到高度的关注。新课程理念最终要通过课堂中的教师得以落实，新课程的目标最终要体现在学生的变化上。新课程改革推进到今天，关注课堂，研究课堂，创新课堂，实现课堂的高效，毫无疑问是实施素质教育和时代发展新形势下的必然趋势，是当前我们教学、教研的中心工作和重要课题。
一、构建高校课堂的背景
1、一系列纲领性文件的出台
２００１年７月２７日 教育部颁布了《基础教育课程改革纲要》（试行），新一轮的课程改革开始在全国42个国家级实验区试行。其核心理念是：以学生发展为本。结合学科特点，力争全方位的落实科学素养教育，为学生的终身发展奠定基础。目标定位在知识与技能、过程与方法、情感、态度和价值观的新角度。这就要求老师们采取相应的教学策略：将知识和技能纬度的目标立足于让学生学会，将过程和方法纬度的目标立足于让学生会学，将情感、态度、价值观纬度的目标立足于让学生乐学。如何帮助学生完成由学会—会学—乐学的转变，这是检验课堂是否高效的重要标准。
同年，教育部又出台了《英语课程标准》。进一步明确了英语课程改革的重点，强调学生的学习兴趣、自信、生活经验和认知水平，倡导自主、合作、探究的学习方式，使语言学习的过程成为学生形成积极的情感态度、主动思维和大胆实践、提高跨文化意识和形成自主学习能力的过程。强调学生良好学习习惯的养成和有效学习策略的形成，更加关注对学生观察、记忆、思维、想象能力和创新精神的培养；为他们的终身学习和发展打下良好的基础。这一切的落实，主渠道还是在课堂。因此，提高课堂的效益和效率，既是提升英语教学质量的关键所在，也是英语新课程教学改革成功与否的'关键所在。
为进一步规范中小学办学行为,减轻中小学生过重的课业负担,促进学生全面健康和谐发展和教师的专业发展,提升基础教育办学水平和质量, 20xx年，山东省教育厅在全省强力推行素质教育，颁布并实施了《山东省普通中小学管理基本规范（试行）》，对课程设置、课时等做了明确规定，特别是对学生的作息时间进行了严格控制。学生在校的学习时间减少，文化课教学时间压缩。。
在学科教学内容依旧，学生的在校时间减少，课时减少的情况下，要想保质保量的完成教学任务，只有在课堂的高效上下功夫。
20xx年5月，在全省强力推进素质教育的新形势下，市教研室在邹城及时召开了主题为“创新教学模式，构建高效课堂”的研讨会。会上，市教育局闫局长总结了我市开展构建高下课堂教学改革以来取得的成绩，我们学科有四个学校教学模式和方法介绍被收入会议经验材料汇编。我们这次研讨会就是全市研讨会在学科的进一步深化。
2、当前英语课堂教学中存在的问题
中考成绩和升学率承载着太多的社会压力，使得我们的教育部门或教育者自身急于求成，急功近利，从而使我们的课堂教学越来越偏离其教育的本质。反思我们的课堂教学，确实存在着一些低效、无效，甚至是负效的现象。归纳起来，具体表现在以下几方面：
1）笼统表述多，明晰表述少。
许多老师对教学目标的认识淡薄，理解模糊，教学目标表述过于笼统。如：“用英语谈论、描述动物并表达对动物的喜爱”；“学习……”；有的直接就是：“words：…;phrases…;…”等，缺乏可操作性，完全成了可有可无的摆设，失去了对教学的指导意义和对课堂的导、控作用，以致无法评价目标的达成度。我们知道，目标的达成度越高，课堂教学的效果就越好。
2）教师讲授多，学生实践少。
老师以“讲得多”“讲得好”为满足，“满堂灌”的现象依然普遍。总担心有哪一个知识点没讲到。不管学生会不会，老师认为该讲就讲，不关心学生的感受，不关注学生的学得。很多时候，对一些所谓的重点，老师会不厌其烦地一遍遍的讲。实践证明：重复讲解学生已知的知识很容易引起学生的心理疲倦，造成课堂气氛沉闷，学习兴趣降低，从而使课堂教学低效，甚至无效。由于课堂上老师的讲解占用了大量的时间，学生只是被动的学习者，偶尔会参与一些枯燥、脱离实际的句型操练，没有足够的主动参与、体验、实践的机会和时间，学生学不会，各项技能得不到应有的训练和发展，课堂效率低。课堂的低效能导致学生厌学。
3）关注知识多，学法指导少。
“授之以鱼，不如授之以渔”这句话老师们再熟悉不过了。著名教育家陶行知说过，“与其把学生当天津鸭儿添入一些零碎知识，不如给他们几把锁匙，使他们可以自动去开发文化的金库和宇宙之宝藏。”……但在实际的课堂教学中，真正关注学生的学习策略，把知识的学习建立在学生实际的认知水平基础之上，在学习知识的过程中指导学生如何学习的老师有多少？课堂上，教学内容常以语音、词汇、语法为主线，老师关注的是知识点的讲解是否全面、到位。在指导对学生如何学会学习上关注少，做得少，有些老师不知道该怎样做。结果，学生只会被动地“接水”，不会主动地“取水”，造成课堂低效。
4）关注预设多，关注生成少。
课堂上，老师把注意力放在预设的教案上，即：按教案教（走教案）。衡量一节课是否高效，不是看教师有没有按预设完成教学内容，而是看学生有没有学到什么或学的好不好。看学生是否获得自己满意的学习效果和积极的学习体验。教案上有什么就教什么；教案上写的采用哪种活动形式就用哪种；时刻关注的是教学环节的推进，对学生在课堂上的表现视而不见。老师提出的问题是否按自己的意愿去回答，把学生纳入自己事先编织的框架。（鱼台实验的例子）在真实、常态的课堂教学中，我常常发现教师很多时候，老师所预设的问题本身就有问题，无效问题、假问题、无价值问题充斥课堂。如：为了练第三人称单数的一般疑问句，课堂上经常出现这样的情景：老师指着1男生问其他学生“is he a boy? ” （假交际）教师无效的提问耽误了学生宝贵的课堂学习时间，影响了课堂教学的效率。由于学生的情感、心理变化、对知识的掌握情况以及活动的形式是否符合学生的真实需要等方面受到忽视，必然影响学习情绪、学习行为和学习效果。
5） 活动形式多，实际收效少。
课堂活动形式往往花样很多，但效果往往不尽人意。问题比较突出的就是：小组合作学习。讨论过程、反馈，都只有少数尖子生参与、表现，大部分学生没有真正参与。突出学生的主体地位不是只突出尖子生的主体地位，课堂教学应面向全体（80%以上的学生）。
6）统一要求多，个性发展少。
教学目标的确立、问题的提出、活动的设计都缺乏针对性和有效性。整齐划一的练习和作业多，发展个性、分层选择的任务少。造成课堂效果的低效。
面对新的课改形势，一方面，我们高兴地看到：老师们正在创新教学模式，构建高校课堂方面进行着积极探索和实践。一些教学模式、教学方法、教学手段的创新和运用给英语课堂带来了新的生机和活力，为高效课堂的创建提供了宝贵的经验。如:
另一方面，我们还必须清醒面对当前英语教学中存在的这些影响课堂教学效益的问题。这些问题解决地越好，课堂教学的效益和效率就会越高，教学效果就会越好。
二、 高效课堂的内涵
高效课堂是建立在有效教学基础之上的。高效相对于“低效”而言。排除教学过程中存在的重复的低效的教学模式，力争以最短的课堂时间达到最高的课堂效果。简言之：师生用最短的时间获得最大的效率。
1、高效课堂的文学性概括：知识的超市、生命的狂欢！
2、高效课堂的解释：
a、三高：高效率、高效益、高效果
b、三动：身（形）动、心（思维）动、神（思想）动
c、三量：思维量、信息量、训练量
d、三特点：立体式、快节奏、大容量
e、四学：学生想学、学会、会学和乐学
f、减负：轻负担、高质量；低耗时、高效益
3、高效课堂的终极目标：
a、通过高效课堂走向高效学习，从而实现终身学习
b、素质教育的素质最主要的是“学习能力”：思维力、生成力、表达力（听、说、读、写）
c、实现学生的解放、教师的解放、学校的解放
三、高效课堂对教师的要求
教师要成为“三者”：促进者、学习者、决定者
1、首先要完成角色的转换，教师由传授者变成学生学习的促进者，做学生成长的推手。
2、实现教学相长，教师还应该成为学习者，与学生一起“同学”，我们常讲，教师上课也是“上学”，教书也是“进修”。
3、一节高效课，它是由教师和学生合力打造而成的，这其中教师的作用是不容忽视的。尽管教师不再是教学中的主角，但他毕竟是“平等中的首席”，因此，教师决定着一节课能否成为优质课、高效课，也就是说，优秀的教师才能上出高效课，责任心不强的教师只能上出低效课来。所谓教师的“决定者”，还因为存在着这样的事实：有什么样的教师就有什么样的课堂，有什么样的课堂就有什么样的教育，有什么样的教育。

1 ) a goal to be set. as represented by the beautiful princess;

3 ) the process of surmounting difficulties, as represented by the ordeals the youth goes through; and
4 ) the reward of success, as represented by the happy marriage. The story not only caters to everyone"s inward yearning for success, but also emphasizes the inseparability of the process and the result. The reward of success will be much amplified if the path leading towards it is treacherous, and vice versa. If a person inherits his father"s millions and leads an easy life, he is not a successful person even in material terms, because there are no difficulties involved in his achieving affluence. The term "success", to be sure. will not sit still for easy definition. But as I understand it, the true meaning of success entails a combination of both the process and the satisfactory result of an endeavor. To clarify my view, let me give another analogy. If we changed the rules of football, greatly enlarged the goal and sent away David Seaman or any other goal keeper, so that another David, namely David Beckham, could score easily, then scoring would not give him the thrill of accomplishment and the joy that it brings. If we further changed the rules by not allowing Arsenal"s defenders to defend, so that Beckham needed only to lift a finger, actually a toe, to score, then there would be no game at all, because the meaning of winning would have disappeared. In accepting the challenge, in surmounting the difficulties and in enduring the hardship, success acquires its value. The sense of attainment varies in proportion to the degree of difficulties on overcomes. The concept of success is not constant but relative because the nature of difficulty is also relative. Something you do effortlessly might pose a great difficulty for a handicapped person. In acquiring the ability to do the same as you can, he or she achieve success. That"s why we greatly admire Stephen Hawking, because, though confined to a wheel chair, he has contributed greatly to the field of science. I myself, a rather shy person by nature who easily suffer from stage fright, had to pluck up great courage to take part in a speech contest like this. I could have stayed away and had an easy time of it by not entering the university level contest.But I chose to accept the challenge and to face the difficulties. Now here I am. If I come out first, it will be a great success for me. If I come out last-I hope this will not be the case-but if I come out last, I will not call my attempt a failure, but will also celebrate it as a true success, because part of my goal is my own character training-to do more assertive, to be brave in face of difficulties. For me, it is a meaningful step forward, small as it is, in the long journey toward the final success in my life, because I have truly gained by participating. 三、 三个指导思想：
1、激发学生学习英语的兴趣。
我曾经接到一位妈妈的微信，她说我家孩子的英语在班里是比较靠后的吧，我们觉得她对英语的学习兴趣不高有点着急了？想咨询一下您如何提高她的兴趣。
对于这个问题，我经过深入的思考，现答复如下：
1、我从来不给学生们进行排名，所以无所谓谁在班里比较靠前或者比较靠后，对于一年级的学生来说，如果某某的英语说得比较好，也许只是表示这些内容他已经在课外班学会了，在课堂上仅仅是展示而已；如果某某的英语说得还不够好，也并不说明他就差，因为他是刚刚接触，真正学会一定还是需要一个过程的。所以我从不给一年级的学生下判断，谁的英语学得好，谁的英语学得不好。他们还处于发展变化中，过早的贴上一个标签是不合适的。
2、关于英语学习兴趣的培养，的确是我们一年级英语教学中的一个重点，但是有一点我们也必须认识到：每个人的兴趣点是不一样的，每个人都有自己感兴趣的内容，也有自己不感兴趣的内容，成人如此，孩子也是如此，所以如果你觉得孩子的英语学习兴趣不高，不要过分着急，因为你的情绪，孩子会感知到，会让孩子产生一些不必要的负担。
关于培养孩子的英语学习兴趣，其实我在课堂上一直在做，例如学习和表演英语小故事，用画画的方式学习英语，在课堂上安排一些小游戏、看英语的'动画片、发小奖贴等等，都是努力让英语学习变得更加有意思。但是尽管如此，班上还是会有学生告诉我：“老师，我就是不喜欢英语！”，那么，我只能退而求其次，至少不讨厌学英语吧！
您在家里，也可以想办法让英语变得有趣些，例如带孩子看一些英语原版的动画片，看一些有意思的英语绘本，或者见见外国人，甚至出国旅游，这些事情都可能会让孩子对英语产生兴趣。现在微信上还有一个“英语趣配音”的活动也不错，还有一些比较好的公众号，例如“小马读书”“小花生网”“典范英语”“小板牙”“喆妈公益阅读”等公众号，会推荐一些好的英语故事，也许会对孩子的兴趣培养有一些帮助，您可以努力地去做一些尝试。
2、树立学生学好英语的自信心。 ?
起始阶段的英语学习只要求孩子能听能说。由于孩子年领较小，在起始阶段时会有一个沉默期，进一步的听和说都需要一个过程。所以，对孩子在学习过程中出现的问题不要过分着急，不要强迫学生背单词、背句子。我在一个班级调查了孩子们头疼的事情，其中就有：“家长逼着我背单词，背长句子等！”这些超越孩子能力范围的事情，会让学生产生严重的挫败感，不利于后面的学习。对一时开不了口的孩子要从多听录音入手，在听录音的同时鼓励孩子模仿。
在人格发展理论中讲到这样一个观点：6-12岁的儿童的发展阶段是勤奋对自卑。处于这一阶段的儿童主要发展任务是体验成功带给他们的勤奋感，即对自己以及对自己的能力具有良好的感觉。失败则会带来消极的自我感觉，让儿童自卑。
所以希望家长们能对孩子少一些批评，多一些鼓励。前一段时间，学习四单元数字的时候，我就留了一个作业：让学生们倒着背诵10个数字。
绝大部分的学生都能倒背，但是还有几个孩子，背诵起来有些难度，这些孩子的家长都很着急，纷纷给我微信说：“我们一直督促孩子背，可还是不熟练！”“这两天一直在学习倒着背诵英语数字，在家我们也一直在教，但总是记不住，可能我们也有些着急。”“我们的孩子就属于每个数字都要正着默数，才能背出来的，但孩子已经尽力了！”
看了这些信息，我突然有些过意不去，因为孩子能正着数数字就可以了，我让他们倒着数，只是想训练孩子们的思维，没想到家长们特别负责，还可能因为孩子背不下来跟孩子急等。
于是我赶紧给这些家长回复：每天让孩子练练就可以了，不要强求，你急了，孩子可能就烦了。
其实，我还想说的是：每个孩子的学习都有自己的速度，在起步阶段，家长一定要有足够的耐心，甚至有的孩子还会有很长一段时间的沉默期，就如同等着一朵花开一样，我们也要等着孩子慢慢成长！ 从小给孩子树立学好英语的信心，而不是打击他。
3、养成良好的英语学习习惯
在课堂上，要求学生认真听录音、模仿、大声朗读，在同学发言时可以不出声跟读以及同伴合作学习等。在家里，每天坚持听录音至少15-20分钟。鼓励孩子把当天在英语课上学到的内容用英语重复出来,并鼓励孩子在平时积极、大胆、大声开口说英语。
四、 五个要求：
1、单词：能够根据图片或实物说单词，不要求认读单词。
2、句子：能够听懂书中重点句子，不要求认读,能与他人进行简单的对话。
3、歌曲歌谣：能够熟练掌握几首自己喜欢的歌曲歌谣，其他的能够跟着音乐唱出关键词和句即可。
4、故事：能听懂并指图说出关键句子。不要求每句话都会说。
5、人物，在目录前面，要求能熟练叫出他们的名字。
上述要求是最低要求，您可以根据自己孩子的情况适当提高，但原则是孩子可以接受，比如您要求孩子背单词，孩子并不反感，您就可以这样做。
五、 补充说明:听读课
听读课现在分两部分内容，一部分是自然拼读，我们一年级本学期的教学目标是在歌谣中感知26个字母的发音，为将来的拼词，自主阅读绘本，默写单词打下优良的基础。
典范英语，我们当做练习自然拼读的绘本使用，也是让学生感知，对英语学习产生进一步的兴趣即可，学生们还不能做到完整地朗读。
六、评价方式：
形成性评价：
1、单词朗读
2、歌谣说唱
3、口语交际
4、故事表演
5、综合练习
每学完一个单元，我都会检查读单词、说句子的情况。对于有错的孩子，采用单独辅导的方式，确保无一人掉队，全都合格。
后期会带孩子们做两张小卷子，主要是学习如何审题，如何按要求做题
终结性评价：
采取“乐学嘉年华”的形式进行，没有纸笔测试，以听说为主。

沙尘暴是我国北方地区春季日益频繁发生的一种恶劣天气。虽然我才13岁，但也经历过多次了。
我想大家对上月发生的沙尘暴记忆犹新，它席卷了11个省，给我国造成了很大的损失。
正如您从电视上看到的，沙尘暴所到之处，狂风卷着黄沙和尘土肆劣横行，有时候一些大树都被从中间吹倒了。鸟儿失去他们的家园，孩子们也找不到回家的路，就像到了世界末日。
当沙尘暴发生时，我们的`教室也充满了沙尘。可怜的老师，尽管已饱受粉笔灰之苦，现在又不得不待在灰尘中。可怜的同学们，他们告诉我简直都要窒息了!

Friendship can be pure.We hear ,nowdays,however,how one can be cheated by friends.Many people get along with someone because they have a lot of money.It is doultful that is real friendship. Having friends,one can be find happiness.If you are in trouble your friends will help you through or at least comfort you.When you are happy ,they share it with you.They are also there for you to chat with at any time. It is a wonderful feeling,as the proverb says" to love each other is easy but to make frieds is hard",So,it is crutial that we should get along with our friends.In my opinon ,it is a shame to deceive your friends .The world would be more beautiful if it was full of filled with friendship.
