问题1 Tell me about yourself.
越是泛泛的话题，越容易跑偏!
听到这句话，千万别随心所欲哦
面试不是相亲，面试官对你没有那么多耐心和好奇心
把控时间，2-3分钟最佳
简明扼要介绍自己，尤其是说清楚作为这个职位候选人的优势所在
用事实证明立场~
问题又来了：该怎么把握是不是说多了?细节要不要描述呢?
这个嘛可以依面试官口味来~多说一句
“I can give detailed example if you think necessary.”
问题2 Why should I hire you?
这个时候无畏的自信就需要上前一步了!
告诉对面那个人：
我就是你要找的那个人!
凭什么呢?
看看这个意气奋发的答案：
"You should hire me because I'm the best person for the job. I realize that there are likely other candidates who also have the ability to do this job. Yet I bring an additional quality that makes me the best person for the job—my passion for excellence. I am passionately committed to producing truly world class results. For example…"
问题3 What is your long-range objective?
回答这个问题之前首先要分清楚“幻想”和“理想”
告诉面试官你曾经且正在为达成理想而做的一切努力。
看看范例：
"Within five years, I would like to become the very best accountant your company has on staff. I want to work toward becoming the expert that others rely upon. And in doing so, I feel I'll be fully prepared to take on any greater responsibilities which might be presented in the long term. For example, here is what I'm presently doing to prepare myself…"
问题4 How has your education prepared you for your career?
你是拥有各种专业背景的全才?
面试的'时候面面俱到却不一定是优势哦!
只需重点说说与本职位密切相关的专业就够拉
看看这个回答：
"My education has focused on not only the learning the fundamentals, but also on the practical application of the information learned within those classes. For example, I played a lead role in a class project where we gathered and analyzed best practice data from this industry. Let me tell you more about the results…"
当然了，别忘记察言观色，如果面试官对你举的例子不过瘾，那你可以继续举......
问题5 Are you a team player?
应该没有人会说自己是个孤僻的人吧?
不过该怎么聪明举例呢?看看这个：
"Yes, I'm very much a team player. In fact, I've had opportunities in my work, school and athletics to develop my skills as a team player. For example, on a recent project…"
要充分体现出你开放的心态以及对多样化背景的包容之心。
还有一个经常可能会问到的问题也要注意：
遇到和队友有矛盾的情况，你是怎么解决的呢?
6. Have you ever had a conflict with a boss or professor?
How was it resolved?
难道你想回答，你并没有遇到过这样的冲突?
放心，考官一定会刨根问题，想方设法地让你“回忆”起来的。
所以，切忌回避，真诚回答，体现你面对冲突、危机的处理能力。
比如可以这么说：
"Yes, I have had conflicts in the past. Never major ones, but there have been disagreements that needed to be resolved. I've found that when conflict occurs, it helps to fully understand the other persons perspective, so I take time to listen to their point of view, then I seek to work out a collaborative solution. For example…"
7. What is your greatest weakness?
看过不少职场鸡汤的你或许看到这种“老司机”style：
把优点“包装”成缺点。
比如这么说
"I work too much. I just work and work and work."
你确定这不是一个假的缺点吗?
别把面试官当傻瓜，来看看正解：
选一个你已经改掉的真正缺点——
"I have had trouble in the past with planning and prioritization. However, I'm now taking steps to correct this. I'm now using a plannning app to better plan and prioritize…" then pull out your mobile to show how you are using the app.
问题 8 If I were to ask your professors (or your boss) to describe
you, what would they say?
很多公司都会做背景调查，所以面试之前你就可以试试去找曾经的老板、教授能够写一些推荐信。
然后你可以胸有成竹地回复：
"I believe she would say I'm a very energetic person, that I'm results oriented and one of the best people with whom she has ever worked. Actually, I know she would say that, because those are her very words. May I show you her letter of recommendation?"
问题 9 What qualities do you feel a successful manager should have?

比如，你可以这么说
"The key quality in a successful manager should be leadership—the ability to be the visionary for the people who are working under them. 问题10 If you had to live your life over again,
what one thing would you change?
可以说说你人生中的重要转折点，或者是错过的机会。
告诉面试官：你现在所努力的一切，一直在往你想的方向走——
"Although I'm overall very happy with where I'm at in my life, the one aspect I likely would have changed would be focusing earlier on my chosen career. I had a great internship this past year and look forward to more experience in the field. I simply wish I would have focused here earlier. For example, I learned on my recent internship…"
