渣打电面经验分享 IG WB SZ 过完了网申shortlisted之后三天左右收到了电面预约的通知。这次电面比较没底，渣打的HR也变得和PG差不多了，对你举的例子会穷追猛打，由于事先对例子准备得不是十分充分，所以大部分都是临场发挥，思路还可以，不过被问了很多。顺序就不是很记得了，HR大部分的问题都是根据我的回答而进行展开，整个电面约45分钟，大概有，1. self-intro, 2mins;2. what's your career path, why finance?3. difference btw a salesman and a financial consultant;4. have u noticed the current change of banking?5. what does WB do6. how to solve conflict in a team7. how to deal with unpopular ideas8. teamwork experiences9. relevant experience in holding an activity10. how to divide the assignment in a team.11. what a WB should cultivate to meet the standard12. why SCB, why WB13. about the qualification最后就叫我问问题，然后得知今年深圳WB只招3人...大概2周内会有电面通知。大家加油啦~~积累RP!!希望可以继续爆发！本文仅代表作者观点,与本站立场无关.【渣打电面经验分享 IG WB SZ】相关文章：
