想找一份满意的工作吗？面试中面对外国老板连珠炮似的提问, 有没有觉得心慌意乱、无所适从？求职过程中面试尤为重要，回答问题，如果能简明扼要，真诚中肯，合乎老外口味，那么录取机会必定大大增加。当然，有的问题，也要轻描淡写，以免言多必失。下面摘录了若干面试中出现频率较高的问题及精彩回答，希望能在您求职路上助您一臂之力。

Q: Can you sell yourself in two minutes? Go for it.
你能在两分钟內自我推荐吗？大胆试试吧！
A: With my qualifications and experience, I feel I am hardworking, responsible and diligent in any project I undertake. Your organization could benefit from my analytical and interpersonal skills.
依我的资格和经验，我觉得我对所从事的每一个项目都很努力、负责、勤勉。我的分析能力和与人相处的技巧，对贵单位必有价值。
Q: Give me a summary of your current job description.
对你目前的工作，能否做个概括的说明。
A: I have been working as a computer programmer for five years. To be specific, I do system analysis, trouble shooting and provide software support.
我干了五年的电脑程序员。具体地说，我做系统分析，解决问题以及软件供应方面的支持。
Q: Why did you leave your last job?
你为什么离职呢？
A: Well, I am hoping to get an offer of a better position. If opportunity knocks, I will take it.

Q: What range of pay-scale are you interested in?
你喜欢那一种薪水层次标准？
A: Money is important, but the responsibility that goes along with this job is what interests me the most.
薪水固然重要，但这工作伴随而来的责任更吸引我。
假如你有家眷，可以说：
To be frank and open with you, I like this job, but I have a family to support.
坦白地说，我喜欢这份工作，不过我必须要负担我的家庭。
Other Tips 其它建议
Know something about the organization you are applying to.
了解一些你申请工作单位的情况
Dress properly. Dont shake hand with the interviewer until he/she extends his/her hand.
穿着要得体，人家伸手时才握手。
Dont sit down until invited to do so by the interviewer.
人家未请，先別坐下。
Make eye-contact with the interviewer during the interview.
面试时，眼睛要看着对方。
Listen actively and stay calm.
注意听，保持冷静。
If invited to a meal, be especially careful about your table manners.
被邀吃饭时，要特別注意餐桌礼节。
Dont talk with your mouth full.
嘴里有食物，不可开口说话
Dont make much noise while you eat.
吃东西不要出声音
Dont blow your nose or use the toothpick at table.
不要拧鼻涕或用牙签剔牙
Dont appear to be pushy or overly anxious to get a job.
不必过分表现急着要工作
Be honest but not too modest.
要诚实，但不必太谦虚
Dont put yourself down or cut yourself up.
不可妄自菲薄或自贬
Try to avoid discussing politics or religion with your interviewer.
避免与面试人谈政治或宗教
6个最基本的问题
Q1：Tell me about yourself.
务必控制在2分钟以内；
重点是介绍和工作相关的skills和accomplishments，不要太多个人信息；
阐明为什么你的skills和accomplishments对公司是有用的；
简略提出1-2个工作需要的性格特点，并举出简单例子。
Q2：Why did you leave your last job? /Why are you looking for a new job?
要提及客观的离职原因，比如说想离家近一点，上下班方便等等，永远不要说自己因为能力不够之类的……避免挺起来像job hopper.
永远不要批判上一家公司的领导、同事、管理、文化。
这个问题可以换个思路答，多答一些你的个人技能和能力。
Q3：Why do you want to work here?
首先你要通过各种途径了解到你应聘岗位的工作内容、工作职能；
上网百度这家公司的产品、服务甚至广告，要把百度出来的前4页内容都看一遍；
了解这家企业的核心价值观和企业文化；
这个问题的回答重点不在你自己，而是企业。企业获得的荣誉、企业文化之类的；
展现个人品质和工作能力十分符合该岗位要求。
Q4：Where do you see yourself in five years?
这个问题的重点在于证明你不是一个job hopper，你会踏踏实实的在公司干和并公司共同成长；
你要通过各种途径了解你应聘岗位的晋升路径，原来的人是怎么晋升的；
阐述个人将通过怎样的表现已达到公司的需要；
避免过多提及个人计划，比如什么时候结婚、什么时候生孩子之类的。
Q5：What are your strengths?
重点展示工作需要的优点，要包括以下三点：硬技能：取得的学位、擅长PPT、编程语言、外语等等；灵活性：能在公司需要的时候处理各种复杂问题；个人性格特点：靠谱、外向之类的；
一定要举例证明你提到的优点强项。
Q6：What are your weaknesses?
不要自作聪明把强项说成弱点，太过认真啊、太严谨之类的；
要找一个无伤大雅的缺点，最好和工作无关；
说明你是怎样克服这个缺点的。
英文面试的6个陷阱
1.So, tell me about yourself.
【言外之意】：告诉我一些你简历上没有的东西。
【雷区】单纯地复述简历（你以为面试官不会认字？）。每个句子都以“I”开头（显得很以自我为中心）。使用错误的英语时态（直接让面试官对你的英文表示怀疑）。
【应对方法】只选用与公司/职位相关的例子，不要讲和职位无关的故事。多转换句型，可以从第三人称（My previous supervisor）角度描述。注意过去时态运用。
2.How did you prepare for today?
【言外之意】：你真的在乎这份工作，还是在碰运气？
【雷区】特别实在地回答：我准备了xxx面试问题，答案是xxx。
【应对方法】面试官想听的是你有没有足够的行业知识以及是不是对公司有足够了解。一定要体现出自己对公司做了很多调查，浏览了公司网站、最近的新闻报道等。
3.Whats your biggest weakness?
【言外之意】：快给我一个不录取你的理由。
【雷区】说了很假的弱点（例如为了不让人失望，我会过度热心）。只说自己的缺点，不说改进方案。
【应对方法】提出一个无伤大雅的问题，并将重点放在改进方案上。
4.Where would you really like to work?
【言外之意】：你看到什么职位都投吗？
【雷区】提及了其他的公司（例如，我特别想去谷歌啊，办公环境超级好）。对求职领域/公司没有明确目标。
【应对方法】标准答案：This is where I want to work, and this job is what I want to do.表明自己对此公司的此岗位有极大兴趣，并解释原因。
5.What bugs you about coworkers?
【言外之意】：你是一个难以共事的人吗？
【雷区】：拼命吐槽前同事及老板。
【应对方法】说任何困扰都可以在沟通中解决。可以适当称赞前老板和同事。
6.Describe a project that you messed up.
【言外之意】：你会一错再错吗？你是不是个会总结教训的人？
【雷区】：大篇幅描述自己搞砸的事情。抱怨别人，推脱责任说这不是自己的错。
【应对方法】简单提及一个无伤大雅的错误（出发点是好的）。重点放到学到什么，怎样把经验用到下一次。
