  英文求职信格式与中文是不同的,在写作的时候,除了要注意语法之外,最重要的就是格式了:英文求职信的格式一般由五个组成部分:写信动机,自我介绍,能力(技能)介绍,结尾与附件.

  1:写信动机部分:通常求职信是针对报纸上,网上的或是其他途径的招聘广告而写的.因此,信中须首先提到时在何月何日的什么报纸上看到的信息,在什么网络平台看到的招聘广告,又或是是由朋友或介绍所介绍的等等.当然,有时写信人不知某机构,单位有求职机会,只是毛遂自荐,那么也需说明写求职信的缘由与目的.另外,需开门见山的点明应聘的职位或是希望承担的职务.

  2:自我介绍部分:此部分应述明自己的年龄或出生年月,教育背景,特别是与应征职位有关的训练或教育科目,求职经验或特殊技能.如无实际经验,略述在学类似经验亦可.

  3:能力(技能)介绍部分:如果缺乏求职经历,可以将社会求职细节放在求职经历中,这样会填补求职经验少的缺陷.比如,在做团支书,学生会主席等社会求职时组织过什么活动,联系过什么事,参与过什么都可以一一罗列.

  4:结尾:求职信的结尾,应注意表达,珍惜求职机会与如果得到职位后将不遗余力的表现决心,希望招聘单位给予自己施展才华的机会等.另外,不要忘了注明正热切盼望雇主的回复.

  5:附件:毕业证书,资格证书,获奖证明应列好表单,附于求职信后.需要注意的是英文求职信的附件是很重要的.

  1:在信中您必须要以一两句话来表达您为何会对您所应征的求职感兴趣.

  2:告诉收信人您是从何处获悉雇主有职位空缺,这实际上是协助雇主从事他的招聘统计求职,比如是报纸广告,或电台,政府劳工处等等.
