My name is Liu Ying and I will graduate from Xi’an FanYi University in the year 20XX。 My major is secretary in English department。

寻求工作的人在写求职信时，应遵循以下几个基本原则：
1.根据求职的目的来布局谋篇，把重要的内容领先在首要的集团上，并加以证实。
2.对相同或相似的内容进行归类组合，段与段之间按逻辑顺序衔接。从阅信人的角度出发组织内容。
3.信件要具个人特色、亲切且能体现出专业水平。切不可过于随意，也不能拘泥于格式--商业信函应该是一种既正式、又非正式的文体。
4.意思表达要直接简洁，这样能表现出你珍惜他人的时间。
5.书写要清晰、简单明了，避免使用术语和过于复杂的复合句。
6.内容、语气、用词的选择和对希望的表达要积极，应该充分显示出你是一个乐观 、有责任心、有创造力和通情达理的人。
7.句子结构和长度应富于变化，使阅信人总保持兴趣。
8.用具体事例提高阅信人的注意力，消除他们的怀疑心理。
9.提供阅信人感兴趣的信息和内容。
10.提供一些反映阅信人兴趣的信息。
