3、 Monitor process quality issue once received customer complaint, or internal quality issue from QA, will lead the team to do investigation, root cause analysis and find action plan and follow up until closed

园医岗位职责5
1、根据卫生部门的要求与《规程》、《纲要》的有关规定，制定幼儿园的卫生保健工作计划，协助园长组织实施有关卫生保健方面的法规、规章和制度，并监督执行。
2、贯彻“预防为主”的方针，认真做好晨、午检，做到一看、二摸、三问、四查，对患病幼儿及时做好妥善处理，指导体弱儿护理工作。发现传染病要及时与班级教师和家长联系，指导保育员做好消毒工作，同时做好隔离、登记工作，争取有效措施防止蔓延。并向上级有关部门报告。
3、负责指导调配幼儿膳食，经常深入班级了解幼儿进餐情况，做好记录，并与食堂、采购协调一致不断改善幼儿伙食，制定营养均衡的食谱，保证幼儿有足够的营养。
4、负责督促各班搞好环境卫生，每周进行一次全园卫生检查，做好分析评比工作。指导食堂人员搞好饮食卫生和饮食用具消毒工作。
5、督促各班严格遵守幼儿一日作息制度，指导各班做好防暑降温和防寒保暖工作，定期检查各班户外活动情况，发现问题及时提出改进意见和建议。
6、做好卫生宣传工作，每月更换一期文章向家长介绍卫生保健知识。
7、负责医务室的`医疗器械、用具、药品的使用和保管，以防发生事故。经常督促、检查各班用具的消毒情况，做到有检查、有记录。
8、认真钻研业务，学习《规程》和《纲要》，以进一步了解幼儿教育工作特点，更好地做好本职工作。

一、协助园长组织实施有关卫生保健方面的政策法规、规章制度，并监督执行。
二、定期检查食堂执行制度的情况和卫生。
三、定期检查室内外卫生，儿童体格锻炼的`情况及孩子们的个人卫生。
四、与食堂工作人员密切配合，制定幼儿代量食谱，每两周更换一次。
五、按日进行营养计算并指导食品的妥善保管。
六、随时向保教人员及炊事员宣传食品法。

十三、做好在园工作人员每年全面体检工作，平时注意观察，发现问题及时向领导报告，并提出处理意见。
十四、对存品及其它有毒物品妥善保管，杜绝出差错事故。
十五、对发育等方面不良现象帮助矫正。
