How to enjoy the offer
After arriving at the Park, simply make your way to Guest Relations, located to the left of the Main Entrance. Present a valid Boarding Pass and Passport for your special priced ticket.
Terms and Conditions
1. This offer is valid from January 1, 2011 to December 31, 2011 ("Promotion Period") (Block-out dates: February 3 to 9, 2011).
2. Air passengers who are arriving in and leaving the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China ("HKSAR") on the same day or before 2 AM on the following day are eligible for this offer ("Eligible Guests").
3. Each Eligible Guest may purchase an admission ticket to the Hong Kong Disneyland Park ("Park") at the discounted price of HK$198 ("In-Transit Easy Pass") irrespective of age and ticket seasonality, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
4. Eligible Guests are required to present such personal identification and provide such personal data as Hongkong International Theme Parks Limited ("HKITP") may require upon the purchase of In-Transit Easy Pass, including all of the following: - Valid Boarding Pass for flight leaving the HKSAR on the same day as the ticket purchase or before 2 AM on the following day &
- Valid Passport with photo and an official entry chop by HKSAR Immigration Department on the same day as the ticket purchase
5. In-Transit Easy Pass may only be purchased at Guests Relations near the Main Entrance to the Park. In-Transit Easy Pass is not available for purchase online or at any other location inside or outside the Park.
6. Each Eligible Guest is allowed to purchase only one In-Transit Easy Pass during each transit in the HKSAR during the Promotion Period.
7. This offer may not be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotion.
8. Eligible Guests are required to be physically present at Guest Relations at the time of the ticket purchase.
9. Guests who have already purchased admission tickets to the Park will not be entitled to any exchange or refund.
10. Admission to the Park is subject to the Rules and Regulations of the Park which are set out in the website at www.hongkongdisneyland.com ("Website") and printed on the Park Guidemap. Copies of the Park Guidemap are available at ticket booths and Guest Relations locations.
11. This offer is made in accordance with the laws of the HKSAR only. This offer may only be redeemed in the HKSAR in person by Eligible Guests at the locations specified in paragraph 5 above. HKITP makes no representation that participation in this offer is appropriate or available in other locations and this offer is void in any jurisdiction where participation in such an offer is prohibited or restricted by law. Those who choose to participate in this offer do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent they are applicable.
12. These Terms and Conditions are subject to the interpretation of HKITP which shall be final and conclusive.
13. In the event of disputes, HKITP reserves the right to make final judgment on the dispute and otherwise in respect of this offer.
14. HKITP reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or to suspend or terminate this offer at any time without any prior notice.
15. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
16. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the HKSAR.
