I am writing this letter with the intention to express my interest in being a part of your hotel in the position of a kitchen assistant. I noted an advert about the vacancy in your hotel in the same position. It has always been a long cherished desire to work in a reputed hotel like yours.
I am currently employed in Hilton Hotel in the position of a kitchen assistant. Presently my various job duties are as follows:
Assisting the chef in preparing food
Ensuring that the kitchen is always neat and tidy
Following the health and safety regulations while preparing food
Ensuring that food hygiene is maintained
