硕博研究生谈医学SCI论文撰写要点
五年的硕博研究生涯即将结束，最近正在整理毕业论文以及这几年撰写SCI医学论文的一些心得，在此与大家一起交流，分享。
ABSTRACT
通常包括：研究背景/研究目标，研究方法，主要结果，简要结论。
摘要一般包括以下几点：
Background/Aims: What is the major problem that prompted the study?
Methods: How was the study performed?
Results: Most important findings?
Conclusion: Most important conclusion?
INTRODUCTION
好的introduction通常包括三部分内容：
1. 介绍研究课题;
2. 陈述对于该课题的'主要研究背景;
3. 解释你对该课题研究的特殊贡献。
METHODS
SCI医学论文中写好这部分的关键在于把握好“度”，即提供恰到好处的细节，避免过于简单或繁琐。衡量的标准是看你所提供的细节是否足以让感兴趣的专业读者重复你的实验方法。
RESULTS
在Results部分只需要如实汇报结果或数据即可，无需加入自己的解释，让结果和数据来表达研究结论。
先打好提纲，(包括体内，体外)， To investigate…, 我们怎么做，得到了什么结果，(绝对不能写结论中的语气，比如xx诱导xx的表达。。。)统计分析的结果要描述，要符合逻辑。
DISCUSSION
Discussion是论文的精髓所在，也是最难写的部分，讨论部分是对结果的解释而不是对结果的概括。在此建议大家按照如下结构来写讨论部分：
The discussion should deal with the interpretation of the results and nor recapitulate them. We encourage authors to write thEir discussion in a structured way, as follows:
1. statement of principal findings;
2. strengths and weaknesses of the study;
3. strengths and weaknesses in relation to other studies;
4. discussion of important differences in results; meaning of the study;
5. unanswered questions and future research.
CONCLUSIONS
Conclusions实际上就是把Results和Discussion的精要部分进行总结。结论可以分点陈述，简要概括，达到“豹尾”的效果。
