浅谈音乐多元化教学及音乐多元化人才的培养

[摘 要]：21世纪人类社会更加趋向于全球1体化和文化多元化的势态。在新世纪 ，音乐在某些方面或在某些学派中被打破，但不1定完全融合，也可能出现1些综合的倾向。本文通过对音乐多元化的含义及分类，音乐教育多元化的必要性、重要性，进而论证了音乐多元化在音乐教育中的重要地位，并从教师、教法的角度论证通过音乐多元化教学怎样让课堂“活”起来，培养音乐多元化高素质的人才。
