【Abstract】 AIM: To probe into the pharmacological influence of Chinese medicine Jiangtangyisheng Capsule (ginseng, rehmannia dride rhizome, radix astragali, coptis chinensis, leech) on diabetes. METHODS: The changes of blood sugar, sugar tolerance, insulin release, glucagon release, hepatic glucogen in experimental diabetic rats were monitored after the treatment of Jiangtangyisheng Capsule.
