　　问起朋友的求职经历，他的经验很简单，就是看“脸色”行事。他介绍说，求职场上招聘和应聘双方见面是不可回避的重要环节，在面试中如果能读懂招聘方的“脸色”，从对方的'脸色、神态和举止中揣摩出他的意图和所求，应聘就等于成功了一大半。

　　比如，你在交流互通过程中介绍自身的某种特长或爱好时，招聘方脸现喜色，流露出感兴趣的表情来，就表明对方注重你了，你就应该及时地将自身所具有的这种特长或爱好详尽地表达出来，以求对方对你更大的注意;如果你在向对方介绍其它专长或信息时，发现对方的目光游离甚至有不够耐心的情态，这说明招聘方对你这些并不在意，你就应该及时巧妙地跳开，以免犯顾此而失彼的错误;

　　再比如，薪水和待遇问题是双方的敏感区，当你提出自己所期待的要求时，对方脸露难色，说明这方面没有多少回旋的余地。假如这个职位对你很重要而不想放弃，那么你就应该妙巧地表示愿意适当放低要求，不要因待遇问题上的分歧而错过一个理想的职位，假若低于这个要求你不能接受时，也不妨直截了当点破，看对方表述时的脸部情态再作决定。
