2014 HK Finance Summer 面试经验
刚刚面完二面，因为在海外所以本来是face-to-face的就改成了phone interview。
1. How do you deal with a situation that your teammates all work in different directions?
2. Have you come across a situation where you do not go along with other teammates because of different working styles?
3. What would you do if you have overwhelming things to do but have limited time? what if its impossible to finish all the work because there are just so much to do?
4. Tell me about your failure. How you figured about your problem after the failure and what did you learn from it?
5. Give me an example of how you tried to improve a working process.
6. Give me an example of how you used your knowledge to make contribution to the whole team or improve the team work.
7. Do you think understanding among different departments is important? What would you do to learn more about other departments and what would you do to let other departments learn more about your work?
8. Whats your biggest achievement so far and why?
9. How to motivate people? Give me an example.
10. Give me an example how you go beyond your responsibility and do a good job.
Interviewer 非常nice，完全不会给你任何压力。面完试之后还唠了会儿嗑，难怪她说JP Morgan最好的就是里面的人。有好多过了一面的'同学担心二面一直没有消息是不是就不了了之了，我也是等了很久，然后昨天凌晨给我发邮件约了今晚的面试。所以不要担心，说了会面的就一定会面，只是因为部门里的人工作很忙，所以时间不固定。祝大家好运!
