　　首先你要准备好作为一个前台接待必要的几句口语比如:can I help you ? what can I do for you ?

　　等面试时他们会问你一些比较普通的题目,就是模拟现场的那种,他们会用实际问题问你,比如问你如果客人的东西丢了,你应该怎么帮忙?或者如果客人有什么意见或者建议你又怎么处理?等等你就用你自己的想象力去想一切客人可能遇到的问题都将可能成为你的问题,只要准备充分没问题的,还有不一定要说的多快,但一定要清楚,还有别紧张。
