四、科研方面我和同事经常互相学习，探讨一些在教育教学中所遇到的困惑和解决的策略。因为是代课教师，外出学习的机会较正式老师来说是很少的，但我从不轻易放弃任何一次外出学习的机会，把握每次的报告讲座机会，空余时间便见缝插针地翻阅一些教育教学杂志，这使我的教育教学能力得到了较大的提高。
经过四年的代课生涯，我明白，尽管我热爱教育事业，但代课教师不可能成为我人生的出路，我渴望有一个公平公正的工作环境，能够让我尽情挥洒青春!
