说明
求职信一般都两种，一种是针对投行，咨询，会计，律师所等专业领域的求职信，另外一种是针对MT跟ST的求职信，本文只适用于后者，特此说明。
求职信的作用
可以帮助你推销自己，其目的是为了找到一份理想的工作。信中应清楚地表明你所要申请的工作、你的能力及你能做些什么，形象地描述你的资格和取得的成就，把你自己以最佳的方式显现在未来的雇主面前。
点评
专业的英文CV跟CL的制作都是用Palatino Linotype字体，由于新浪博客没有这种字体，只能用Verdana代替，正文用斜体。以下是我的CL，基本的个人信息位于正文的右上角，包括姓名，联系方式等，为了符合阅读的方便性，电话号码要断开，例如：135-6015-XXXX，方便人家拨打通知面试的时候。正文我习惯分成四段，严格来说，只可以是三段，有点类似托福的作文。我的第一段是寒暄段，说明一下自己从哪里获得招聘信息跟自己的兴趣;第二段结合公司要求概述一下自己的能力与专业水平;第三段概述选择该公司的原因与考虑;第四段表达感谢与等待回复。听过Mckinsey的全球副总裁说过在筛选Candidate的简历的时候，首先看的是CL，CL只看第一段，如果第一段有价值才继续看第二段，如果第二段有价值，才看CV，最后确定Interview的shortlist.
