星级考的前世今生
星级考全称是"上海市通用少儿英语口语星级考试"，由上海市通用外语水平等级考试办公室和上海市青年文化活动中心联合举办的权威性考试项目，也是为提高少儿听说水平设立的素质型考试项目，考试合格后由上海市通用外语水平等级考试办公室授予证书。
该考试自2001年开考以来,至今已累计有近29万名青少年报名参加了考试。成为上海市少儿英语口语考试的知名品牌。它为满足人才培养需求提供了一个优质平台，得到了学校老师的广泛认可，家长的密切关注和孩子们的`真心喜爱,也为提高上海市少儿英语口语水平、增进少儿英语学习兴趣做出了有目共睹的成绩。
星级考级别
英语口语星级考试采用等级递进的方式，由一星级至四星级逐级递增难度。
一星级共设六个考试项目，看图说词，提示说词等，完成一星级所有项目的考试约需5分钟，考生通过四个项目即能获得一星证书(★)。
一星合格相当于小学三、四年级的口语水平。
二星级共设七个考试项目，朗读儿歌，看图说词等，完成二星级所有项目的考试约需6分钟，通过五个项目即能获得二星证书(★★)。
二星合格相当于小学毕业的口语水平。
三星级共设八个考试项目：情景对话、朗读等。完成三星级所有项目的考试约需8分钟，通过六个项目即能获得三星证书(★★★)。
三星合格相当于初中一、二年级的口语水平。
四星级考试在计算机上进行(考试过程中无需任何键盘操作)。考试时间在10分钟左右,考试听说并重。
四星合格相当于初中毕业的口语水平。
星级考证书效力
