　　书面表达的写作步骤大体可归纳为“审”、“列”、“写”、“润”、“查”五个字。具体说来就是：

　　1. 审：即审题。考生拿到书面表达题时，首先要认真审题，弄清题目要求，并从总体上确定写作内容。具体操作时，同学们要特别注意以下“三审”：审体裁，审人称，审时态。

　　2. 列：即列要点。通过审题，要将内容要点用提纲的形式逐条列出来。这里要注意不要遗漏要点，从书面表达的评分标准我们可以看出，内容要点在评卷中的地位是十分重要的。同时注意，写作内容有主次之分，罗列要点时要注意确保主要内容，适当涉及次要内容，坚决刎除无关内容。

　　3. 写：即是将要点整理并写成合乎要求的短文。审题列出要点之后，第三步便是“写”了，这一步根据情况又往往有不同的操作方法。对于基础较好的考生，他可以根据要点直接“写”成文章;对于基础稍差一点的考生，他可能是把第二步列的要点逐条“译”成英文(当然这里的“译”显然不能直译，而应是意译，并要根据情况适当增加使语句连贯、通顺的连词或副词等);也有的考生这样做：他先将要点中的.关键词写出来，然后根据写作内容将关键词连成句，并进一步将句连成文。我们认为不管上面哪种办法，只要考生操作得当都是可行的。

　　4. 润：即润色。同学们在一口气写完之后，应该对所写文字进行加工润色，不仅要考虑使用一些表连贯的连词或副词，以增强文章的连贯性、流畅性和可读性，而且还要有意识地将一些“低级词汇”处理成“高级词汇”，将一些“简单结构”处理成“高级结构”，以突显文章亮点，增加得高分的机会。

　　5. 查：即检查。书面表达写成之后，要从头至尾读一遍，并从语感、语法、行文逻辑、习惯表达等方面进行检查，发现有错误要及时纠正。检查还有个任务就是字数问题，按照评分标准，字数在书面表达题中占1分。

　　(一)掌握技巧：

　　(1)注意篇章结构，合理布局

　　开始部分(opening paragraph)——说出文中的要点、核心问题。

　　正文部分(Body paragraphs)——围绕主题开展叙述、讨论。

　　结尾部分(concluding paragraphs)——对全文的总结和概括。

　　要做到全文中心突出、段落之间必须是有机地联系，内容完整、连贯。前后呼应，祛除与主题无关的内容。

　　(2)确定主题句

　　主题句是对全文的概括，是文章的主旨。它能在文章中起到“画龙点睛”的作用。通常主题句出现

　　在一篇文章的开头，而后，全文对主题句所提出的内容进行解释，扩展。

　　写主题句应注意以下几点：

　　①归纳出你要写的文章的几个要点

　　②提炼出一句具有概括性的话

　　③主题句应具有可读性，抓住、吸引读者。

　　(二)巧用连接词

　　要想使文章有整体性、连贯性，就要学会正确使用连接词
