在各类雅思图表作文表达方式中，关于数字尤其是关于百分比的表达方式是大家一定要掌握的，因为在大部分的雅思图表作文中都需要考生用百分比来表达相关的数量关系，和图表的的含义。下面我们来看看百分比的表达方式吧。
在雅思图表作文中，表达“百分……”这个概念的词汇一般有两个，分别是percentage和percent。很多考生对于percentage和percent的区别不是很清楚，因此经常使用错误。
其实，在雅思图表作文的表达方式中，percent是“百分之”的意思，等同于%符号，前面应该用数据，比如50%可以写成50 percent，另外要注意percent后面不加S。
而percentage在雅思图表作文的表达方式中，是“百分比”的意思，后面不能直接跟数字，一般需要用the percentage of来表达某个百分比。此外，有时候也可以用proportion, share, rate等来表达相同的意思，比如：
