语言文学毕业论文-论新时期秘书心理障碍及调适对策

摘   要

研究新时期秘书心理障碍对促使秘书自觉做好秘书工作，以适应现代化社会发展需要，具有重要的`现实意义。本文主要从秘书学、心理学与社会学的角度，研究秘书心理障碍的主要表现，并从主客观方面具体分析了导致其心理障碍产生的成因，重点探讨了秘书心理障碍调适的主要对策。

ABSTRACT

It has the important practical significance to promote the secretary personnel own initiative on work to meet the modern society development needs, through studying the psychological barrier of the new time secretary. This article mainly studies, from secretarial science. Psychology and sociology angle, the main performance of the secretary psychology barrier.  The article from subjective and objective aspect, analysis the reasons of causing psychology barrier; and discusses the chief ways to deal whit it.
