摘要

“即兴舞”不仅是民间舞的1种重要表现形式，还是体现学生综合能力的1种形式。同时也是1些舞蹈院校和舞蹈大赛中所不可缺少的1个环节。而目前，只有少数的院校将其正式纳入课堂教学中。本文通过对即兴舞的了解和分析，以及从目前学生的状况来看，深刻认识到即兴舞训练对学生的价值和意义。因此，我们加强重视对学生进行专门的“即兴舞”训练是必要的。

Abstract

"Extemporaneous dance " is popular one kind of important manifestation of dance , one kind of form of it is more synthetical to embody a student ability not only. Be also a link been not allowed to be short of by a few dance universities and colleges and dance megagame middle at the same time. But, at present, only when few, universities and colleges brings the person into classroom teaching middle formally. Pass to extemporaneous dance acquaintance and analyse the main body of a book, and from at present, students status inspecting value and significance to the student , the deep cognition training to extemporaneous dance. That therefore, we reinforce the "extemporaneous dance " training paying attention to carrying out a speciality on the student is necessary.
