The Impact of the Cultural Background Factors on Business Management
Abstract
The cultural background is an important factor that affects business management, even the national economy development. The culture background factor has affected the business management mainly including the following points: race, religion, social habitude, belief, values, social form, custom and character. And people have to pay attention to them in the management. The current models of cultural business management are mainly divided to the western model, represented by U.S.A, and the oriental one with Japan as its representive nation. Chinese management model is familiar with Japanese. But, with different situations of country, they have some differences. This thesis analyses three countries’ (China, Japan and America) cultural management model, and I want to find the cultural factors that have affected the enterprise management. It is beneficial for the development of enterprise management model.

摘 要
文化背景是影响商务管理的1个重要的因素，甚至是影响国家经济发展的1个重要因素。影响商务管理的文化背景因素主要有种族，宗教，社会习俗，信仰，价值观，社会惯例及特征。这些因素时时刻刻影响着商务管理。文化背景差异使人们在管理中更重视文化背景因素。当今文化管理主要以美国为代表的西方模式和以日本为代表的东方模式为主。中国的文化管理模式和日本相近，但是由于国情的不同，各国间又存在着部分差别。本文主要通过对中日美3国的文化管理模式的不同点进行分析和探讨，找出影响管理的文化因素。这对中国企业管理模式的发展有1定的价值。
