上市公司股权结构与经营绩效探析
摘要：近几年来我国证券市场在快速发展过程中出现的问题越来越多,市场深层次的矛盾也越来越突出。上市公司的股权结构问题以及与公司治理之间的`关系问题等均引起各界人士的关注和研究。我国上市公司在经营治理过程中，普遍存在“1股独大”、所有者缺位、上市公司披露透明度低、内部控制现象严重等问题，严重影响了公司经营绩效。为此，笔者从完善上市公司股权结构出发，研究了上市公司股权结构中各种成分与经营绩效的关系，并根据这种关系对完善我国上市公司股权结构、以提高经营绩效提出了相关的政策建议。

Analysis to Property Structure and Operating Performance of the Listed Company
Abstract： Recently our country ’s questions about the stock market become more and more complex and the deep contradiction of the market level is also sharp. The relationship between the property structure and the operating performance in the listed company attracts all kinds of people’s attention and research. In the process of Chinese listed company, most serious problems are widely spread. Such as state-owned stock“alone big”,the owner vacancy, to be listed information disclosed the transparently low, the phenomenon of internal person and so on, which affected the achievement of company management. The author researches the relations between each part of the property structure of the listed company and the operating performance from consuming the property structure of the listed company. And according to the relations, the author proposes the relevant policy suggestion for improving the operating performance of the listed company through consuming the property structure.
