当前高等职业教育人才培养模式研究

摘要：文章从高职教育人才培养模式的内涵入手，分析了当前高等职业教育人才培养具有人才层次的高级性、知识、能力的职业性、人才的技术性、培养手段的多样性的特性，从专业设置、人才培养方案、教学改革与管理、过程控制与学生评价、教师队伍建设等一系列环节着手，从高职人才培养目标出发构建高职教育人才培养模式。
