this afternoon,there was a interview hold by Gallo ubisoft at £5-313.before interview,i prepared the copier of cet-6,db3 ,school report and personal resume.
that company's recruiter include 4 men-a head of recruiter (the majordomo of shanghai branch),a pragmatist, the president of chengdu branch(preparing).at begnning,the majordomo preach the ubisoft on the whole.this action composed of introducing company,staff,staff's train and the attitude to the new staff.thier games arose my curiosity.the assissitional cread impressed me as well as persia prince and so forth. as the secondly biggst games maker and publisher,ubisoft inculde the headquarter in paris,the canada branch,the shanghai branch and others about 3500staffs all over the world.then ,thare was the president who speak the instance of chengdu branch ,which is going to establish in 2008year.and ubisoft's training planing for chengdu company.let us know that the branch in chengdu will need a great many of studengs excellent works.finnally,the advanced programist in games'design make us comprehend what is to do and how to do as a design of games' programist and what is required as their coworkers.
after preaching meet,written examination took pleace.there is are two parts respectively for the recruitee who are looking for programist or level design.respextively,which is choosed based on the post we recruit.
frankly speaking,this test is not easy for us to do.i do it with difficulty wholely.there is no choose,no close and no judge .reversely,algorithm,promgramming and question wait for us.alth i forgot the detailed questions,there are approximate ones that i had a lot impression as follows.

2.a rectangle's area is 80,what is the most volume of a box without cover which is made by this rectangle.
3.give a array,which is compoed of postive and negative intergers,the question is that,what is the bigget value of the sum of adjoining array's elements.
4.what is the difference between the 'new' and the 'malloc'
5.find the follows program wrong line and correct(if it have wrongs)

the advanced question are in two.
one is that:
if your program is run slowly,what is your step to deal and optimise .the code?

in my article end ,i want to say,this peaching meeting or socalled test is the most hopleless one.the load for career is so long,that it is imperative power that promote me struggle for housing,future,offsprng,dream and family.
