　　***集团是一家以药品流通为主营业务的集团公司，经过几年的发展，先后已在武汉、中山、上海、河南、北京、新疆等地成立了分公司。根据医药流通市场发展，大物流、大市场已成为未来流通企业的竞争趋势，现集团公司准备成立第三方物流公司，用于对集团内部药品调拨。请你谈谈物流公司成立的条件和发展思路。

　　四、方案设计(共计30分，每题15分)

　　1. 假定某公司的日商品出货量为10000件，库存周转率为2.0，其中出货方式为整件和零散商品两种方式，大致比例为7：3。设计是采用钢架和框架(水泥)结构。且每托盘位堆放货物数量为50件，商品根据销售情况有畅销商品、此畅销商品、一般商品、滞销商品之分。如果让您设计此物流中心，您将如何设计，并大致说明设计理由。

　　2、配送中心建设项目中，一个集成商的作用体现在哪些方面?业主与集成商的职责分别是什么?
