　　This letter is in response to the advertisement posted by your hotel in the classified section of Daily News on 2nd of May 2012 regarding the requirement of a candidate in the position of a hotel front desk executive. I am keen on applying for this particular position.

　　I don’t have much work experience in the hotel industry but I can assure you that I have complete knowledge about the job responsibilities of a hotel front desk executive. I have worked for tenure of one year with Apollo Group of Hotels in the same position.
