职位描述

职位信息:

1、Make out Yearly Training Plan — training needs collection, research, summarize and release training plan to support company strategy in early of year.
制定符合公司发展策略的年度培训计划 -包括培训需求调查、收集、调研、汇总及发行。
2、Organize training activities for Wittur Academy Asia Pacific — organize the room training activities or online training, track training effectiveness & evaluation.
组织亚太区威特学院培训活动-包括培训活动组织、效果追踪、培训评估以及年度培训计划达成状况。
3、Manage internal trainer team —develop qualified trainer、motivate, influence and assist them to delivery excellent training .Take the new role as internal trainer and facilitator in orientation training or organization workshop.
管理内部讲师团队-包括发展合格的讲师、激励、影响、协助他们传授高品质课程. 同时,担任内部讲师团队和引导师角色,在公司新人训和组织发展工作坊中担任重要角色。
4、Role in people development project—Work out Skill Matrix and development plans for employee’s qualification & talent development base on company strategy.
人才发展项目—根据公司发展方向制定岗位技能、员工技能发展计划 。
5、 Manage Training management policy– manage or optimize training policy and collect all kinds of training materials and make sure all documents compliance with ISO 9000 & VDA 6.3 System and customer requirement,take as internal audit contact window to accept audit from external or internal.
管理培训政策-维系或优化培训管理政策,担任培训材料 文件 表单的收集归档工作,确保培训工作实施符合ISO 9000 & VDA 6.3体系要求及客户要求。担任部门审核窗口接受内外部机构的审核。
6、Other task assigned by training supervisor
培训主管安排的其他工作。

岗位要求:
1、Bachelor degree or above, major in human resources management or related.
本科及以上学历,人力资源管理或相关专业教育水平;
2、More than 2 years training implementation and delivery experiences in Manufacture plants and as an internal trainer.
2年以上大型外资企业培训相关工作经验,有担任内部讲师经验者优先。有培训项目计划及实施经验优先;
3、Well knowledge about training market and tools, methodology, philosophy, demonstrated understanding at training evaluation & assessment.
培训体系建设能力,流程管理能力,需求分析能力;
4、Independent & initiative at thinking & learning, quick adapting to new environment.
独立性强,学习能力主动性强,适应能力强;
5、Fast in execution, deliver expected results with good follow & reporting sense.
执行力强,善于总结汇报;
6、Good presentation and delivery skills.
优秀的演讲技巧和感染力;
7、Good teamwork, open minded, proper communication with different people.
善于团队合作,开放活跃,沟通能力强;
8、Express orally in English smoothly and clearly, good at English/Mandarin writing.
中英文语言表达流利,清晰,逻辑性强;
9、Solid PC skills, e.g. Excel, PPT.
熟练的电脑软件技能。
