What are B Corps?
B Corps are for-profit companies certified by the nonprofit B Lab to meet rigorous standards of social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency through a measurement system called B Impact Assessment (BIA).
Today, there is a growing community of more than 2,300 certified B Corps from 50 countries and over 130 industries working together toward 1 unifying goal, which is to redefine success in business.
About B Corps China Team
B Corps China team is an independently run task force with support from Leping Foundation and Narada Foundation, acknowledged by B Lab Global, that aims to establish B Lab China, a non-profit organization, to serve a local movement of people using business as a force for good.
Project Manager (Shanghai)
Key duties include:
•To manage the whole cycle of project from strategic planning, resource development, implementation schedule, budgeting and fundraising to execution and monitoring
•To ensure the projected impact of the project is delivered and kept good track of
•To develop and maintain the partnership with different stakeholders for the project in charge and for B Corp China program in general, including entrepreneurs, large corporates, schools, foundations, media and etc.
•To identify new opportunities and initiate new project when necessary
•To effectively communicate internally with the team and achieve share value professionally and personally
•To assist in ad hoc duties and requests
•Bachelor’s Degree and above
•2-3 years of work experience with project/product management or business development preferred
•Bilingual (Native in Chinese, Fluent in English)
•Public speaking skills
•Professional at Word, Excel, and PPT
