•Handle customer phone inquiries on general banking product features and benefits, fee and changes, account information to perform financial transactions and relevant operational processes, etc.
•To resolve customer problems within the established guidelines and adherence to the service standards
•Maintain good relationship with customers through delivery of superior customer services.
•Comply with established policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of bank’s and customer’s asset.
•Maintain the service quality and productivity at defined business requirement.
•College graduate with at least 1 year relevant working experience in banking or finance industry
•Fluent in Putonghua, Cantonese and English. Knowledge of Shanghainese is an advantage
•Good interpersonal and communication skills. Previous experience in customer service sector is a plus
•Good team-player, hardworking and self-motivated
•Comprehensive knowledge of financial planning, market and economic trends, compliance & security procedures
•Willing to overtime/shift duty including overnight shift and holidays
•Good typing and computer skills
