Position:                           IT高级支持工程师SeniorIT Support Engineer

Report to:                         IT基础架构主管IT Infrastructure Supervisor   

Location:                          南京西路1266号恒隆广场内Plaza66, No. 1266 West Nanjing Road


Job Responsibilities:

遵循相关的服务流程及规范为总部的终端用户提供现场IT支持服务以及为分支机构终端用户提供电话以及远程支持服务;

根据服务请求完成关于操作系统、应用软件、邮件客户端、打印系统、网络, 统一通讯工具和IP电话系统等方面的故障排除服务;

根据服务请求完成关于操作系统、应用软件、邮件客户端、打印系统、网络, 统一通讯工具和IP电话系统等方面的安装、配置、备份、迁移服务;

负责总部的IT日常巡检工作包括但不限于 备份磁带更换,视频会议设备检查,机房环境检查等;

与公司全球Helpdesk团队进行协作,详细记录服务状态,处理过程和服务结果,确保在规定的服务承诺时间内响应并完成服务;按时生成月度IT服务报告;

指导分支机构外包现场IT工程师按照规定的服务流程以及规范为用户提供相同水准的IT服务;

对内部终端用户提供相应的IT技能以及IT政策培训;

遵循公司的采购规范为总部用户采购相关IT设备以及消耗品;

部门分配的其他IT相关工作。

Provideonsite IT support service to end users in TS Shanghai HQ per user request;Provide on call and remote IT service to end users in TS sites in other subregions outside Shanghai per user request;

Providetrouble shooting service about PC OS, various IT application, Outlook client,printing service, unified communication tool and office IP phone system to endusers per request and defined SLA;

ProvideIMAC(Install/Move/Add/Change) service about PC OS, IT application, Outlookclient, printing service, and office IP phone system to end users per requestand defined SLA;

Beresponsible for routine IT tasks in TS Shanghai HQ which contains but notlimited to daily backup tapes replacement, routine office video conferencefacility testing, Shanghai HQ IT room timely inspection…etc.

Generateaccurate monthly IT service metrics report; Work with TS global helpdesk team(2ndline support), escalate cases whichare unable to be resolved at 1st line,monitor cases’ procedure, status until closed; Make sure they are responded andclosed per defined SLA;

Coachand supervise other IT outsource engineer to deliver same level IT service tousers in other sub region sites in addition to SH HQ;

DeliverIT skill and IT code of conduct training to end users;

ManageIT equipment and accessory procurement for HQ end users by following companysourcing process;

OtherIT relevant tasks assigned by TS China IT head.

 

Requirement to Candidate:

计算机相关专业专科以上学历;

三年以上IT技术支持工作经验, 对Helpdesk工作流程以及规范有较为深刻的理解, 有外企工作经验为佳;

具备较强烈的IT服务意识和态度, 细心负责,性格开朗,善于沟通;

熟悉Microsoft系列操作系统的安装以及维护, 熟悉基本的域环境操作;熟练使用、配置、维护邮件邮件客户端(MSOutlook);熟练掌握常见应用软件 (如MSOffice, Acrobat Pro, AutoCAD) 的安装和使用,可以进行基本的故障排除;了解CiscoWebEx以及视频会议系统的设定以及使用;

熟悉基本的局域网/广域网故障排测,会使用简单的局域网命令行进行排障工作;

熟悉PC硬件和打印机构架,可以判断常见硬件故障;

良好的英语读写能力以及简单的口语沟通能力。

Collegeor above in IT science or equivalent;

Threeyears’ experience of IT support in Enterprise is minimal; deep understanding ofHelpdesk process and standard; MNC working experience will be preferred;

Strongsense of IT service oriented and attitude; cheerful nature, chariness with goodcommunication skill (both oral and written);

Familiarwith various IT application, software install/ configuration/operation such asMS outlook, Active Directory, Acrobat Pro, AutoCAD; experience of supportingWebEx, Video conference and IP phone system will be preferred;

Basicknowledge of LAN/WAN issue troubleshooting; familiar with network equipmentsuch as router, switch, firewall and Wi-Fi; be able to utilize basic networkDOS command;

Familiarwith hardware of PC and printer;

Languagecapability: English with good level in reading, writing and essential in oral.
