　　On behalf of the organizing committee, we cordially hope you can join us at Low Carbon Earth Summit-2011 (LCES-2011), with a theme of "Leading the Green Economy, Returning to Harmony with Nature", which will be held during October 19-26, 2011 at World Exposition Center, Dalian, China.
