　　什么是适合中国国情的信息化人才，找到适合自己的教学理念? 如何在校企联盟的教育改革模式下，打造企业需要的信息化人才? 如何让没有任何商业实战经验的大学生初出校门即得到社会的青睐……

　　这些都是中国高校信息化领域的`老师一直在思索的问题。实际上，在过去几年中，许多高校的老师通过自己的辛勤工作，在信息化人才培养、教学课程的内容设计和形式改革方面不断探索，已经总结了一些宝贵的经验。另一方面，一些高校的老师在与企业合作推进信息化教学的过程中也在不断创新，并且取得了一定的成绩。

　　为了与全国高校管理学院从事信息化教学的老师们针对上述问题共享我们的经验，北大光华管理学院和将××××管理系统有限公司在11月9日召开高校如何培养企业需要的信息化人才的大型研讨会。在这次会议上，我们希望通过此次大会提供一个高校教师之间、高校和企业之间充分交流的场所，使来自全国各高校的教师在教学方法、课程建设、实验教学等方面进行深入的探讨，探索校企优势互补及资源共享的途径，并通过聆听企业的心声来获知社会对人才需求的特点。使高校与企业悉知各自所应扮演的角色，从而为中国社会信息化的发展和普及做出应有的贡献。
