对于单词，我们就应该多记多背，单词需要每天记忆，而且需要重复记忆，如果你当天记住了这个单词，但你却不愿意一直复习，总会有一天忘记。我们除了学习新单词，更要复习已经学过的单词，现在我们需要学习的单词比较少，那我们就应该把他们完全掌握。比如我们每天学习十个单词，两天后我们就必须要再次温习我们学过的单词，如果这样感觉记忆非常累，那么我们可以通过阅读英语文章来加强单词记忆，并且每天坚持，只要我们每天都按时学习，掌握更多的单词我们的'基础就能够打牢固，这样就方便了接下来的学习。

怎么与英语“交朋友”呢？老话说“光说不练假把式”，可着句话用到英语上就不灵了。英语就是要读。多听、多读、多模仿。大声读！大声读对自己就是一种鼓励。读的多了，就会背了，语感就养成了。不少同学不敢大声读英语，怕读错了同学们笑话，搞不好还会被老师批评。其实犯错并没有什么大不了的，学英语就是要无法无天，要天不怕地不怕。不要畏惧读英语，读错是很正常的，学习哪有不犯错的？我也经常读错，但我知道，错了再改，我就跑到了前面。

想学好英语，首先要培养对英语的兴趣。“兴趣是最好的老师”，兴趣是学习英语的巨大动力，有了兴趣，学习就会事半功倍。有的`同学说：“我一看到英语就头疼，怎么能培养对英语的兴趣呢？”还有的同学说：“英语单词我今天记了明天忘，我太笨了，唉，我算没治了。”这都是缺乏信心的表现。练好基本功是学好英语的必要条件，要想基本功扎实，必须全神贯注地认真听讲，上好每一节课，提高课堂效率，脚踏实地、一步一个脚印地，做到以下“五到”：
一、“心到”。在课堂上应聚精会神，一刻也不能懈怠，大脑要始终处于积极状态，思维要活跃、思路要开阔，心随老师走，听懂每一句话，抓住每一个环节，理解每一个知识点，多联想、多思考，做到心领神会。
二、 “手到”。学英语，一定要做课堂笔记。因为人的记忆力是有限的，人不可能都过目不忘，记忆本身就是不断与遗忘作斗争的过程。常言说，“好脑筋不如烂笔头”。老师讲的知识可能在课堂上记住了，可是过了一段时间，就会忘记，所以，做好笔记很有必要。英语知识也是一点点积累起来的，学到的每一个单词、词组以及句型结构，都记在笔记本上，甚至是书的空白处或字里行间，这对以后的复习巩固都是非常方便的。
三、“耳到”。在课堂上，认真听讲是十分必要的，不但要专心听老师对知识的讲解，而且要认真听老师说英语的语音、语调、重音、连读、失去爆破、断句等发音要领，以便培养自己纯正地道的英语口语。听见听懂老师传授的每一个知识点，在头脑里形成反馈以帮助记忆；理解领会老师提出的问题，以便迅速作答，对比同学对问题的回答，以加深对问题的理解而取别人之长补自己之短。
四、“眼到”。在认真听讲的同时，还要双眼紧随老师观察老师的动作、口形、表情、板书、绘图、教具展示等。大脑里形成的视觉信息和听觉信息相结合，印象就会更加深刻。
五、 “口到”。学习语言，不张嘴不动口是学不好的，同学们最大的毛病是读书不出声，害羞不敢张嘴。尤其是早读课，同学们只是用眼看或默读，这样就只有视觉信息，而没有听觉信息在大脑里的反馈，当然记忆也不会太深刻，口部肌肉也得不到锻炼，也就很难练就一口纯正的英语。所以，要充分利用早晨头脑清醒的时间，大声朗读；课堂上要勇跃回答老师提问、积极参与同学间讨论和辩论，课下对不清楚的问题及时提出，要克服害羞心理，不耻下问。对学过的课文要多读、勤读、苦读，可以跟录音机读，竭力模仿其语音语调以纠正发音，要读得抑扬顿挫朗朗上口，一些精典文章最好能背得滚爪烂熟。利用一切可能的机会，练习英语口语，比如，与外教交流、参加“英语角”活动、与同学进行对话、讲英语故事、唱英文歌曲、演英语短剧、进行诗歌朗诵等。除了对课本中的范文要细读精读之外，还要多看些适合我们中学生的课外读物，既可增长知识，又开阔了我们的视野，也提高了我们的阅读水平。学英语，词汇的记忆是必不可少的，词汇是学好英语的基础，没有了词汇，也就谈不上句子，更谈不上文章，所以记单词对我们就显得极其重要。
记忆单词关键有二：
一是持之以恒：每天坚持记忆一定量的词汇，过几天再回头复习一次，这样周期循环，反复记忆，经常使用，就会变短时记忆为长时记忆并牢固掌握。需要注意的是，一旦开始，就要坚持下来，千万不能半途而废，切不可三天打鱼，两天晒网。
二是良好的记忆方法：记忆单词的方法很多，学无定法，但学有良法。张思中的“集中识词，分类记忆”不失为一种适合中学生的好方法。把中学生应掌握的3500 个单词集中汇总，分门别类，先过单词关，然后再学教材，在课本中使用和巩固它们的用法。分类的方法有多种，同一元音或元音字母组合发音相同的单词归为一类；根据词形词性、同义词反义词等集中记忆；把相同词根、前缀、后缀、合成、转化、派生等构词法相同的单词或词组列在一起集中识记印象比较深刻，记忆效果也比较明显。这样每天记40—80个单词，坚持不懈，多联想，多思考，多使用，词汇问题不就解决了吗？在学习的过程中多注视单词的用法和词组的搭配，牢记老师讲过的单词惯用法和句型，这样不仅有助于我们解题，而且在写作时也会信手拈来，运用自如。

首先感谢胡老师给我这次机会，让我能够跟大家分享我学习英语的心得体会！
能够在英语学习上取得小小的进步，我想主要是得益于这样几个方面：
首先是要端正学习态度。要做到勤学苦练、持之以恒。学英语没有捷径可走，要想学好英语，达到运用自如的程度，非下苦功夫不可。下苦功夫就是要进行大量的听、说、读、写训练，使各项技能达到纯熟的地步。语言知识应该了解，但不下苦功在听、说、读、写上练习，仅靠死记硬背一些孤立的单词、一些语法条例，是很难掌握英语这一交际工具的。应该是LearningEnglish而不是LearningaboutEnglish。就像学游泳、跳芭蕾舞一样，理论掌握得再好，不通过反复训练是永远也学不会的。学习英语既然是练功夫的过程，就并不是那么轻松。要不怕困难，坚持学习。学如逆水行舟，不进则退，最忌“三天打鱼，两天晒网”。要日积月累，付出长期的努力。人贵有志，学贵有恒。
第二便是要掌握正确的学习方法。关于英语学习方法，相信同学们从老师、家长和其他的途径都有此了解。无非就是分课上和课下两个部分。课堂上要认真听讲，思维跟着老师转，并且做好笔记。特别是老师强调的重要知识点，一定要记牢。课堂练习要认真完成。同时很重要的一点就是要举手发言，敢于表达。总之，上课时要做到耳听、眼观、嘴动、脑想，调动起多个感官来。课下要复习老师上课讲的内容，不懂的地方及时找出来，问老师或者是同学；课后作业要认真对待，这是检查自己学习成果的一个途径，一定不能马虎。不能够当天不完成，第二天早上一来随便找个跟自己水平差不多的人的作业胡乱一抄就完事，这样只会百害而无一利；然后就要复习下一节课将要学的内容，尽量先将单词和句子的意思都弄清楚，不会的可以做上记号，下节课时听老师讲，再来了解这一课的相关语法和文化背景。

学习方法和态度都固然重要，同样，学习英语的兴趣也是十分重要的。俗话说，“兴趣是最好的老师”。因此同学们不要把英语想象成一门学科，而是一种语言，一种交流的工具。通过这样一门语言可以深入地了解这些以英语为母语的国家的文化。当然，从学科上来说，同学们确实是各有所爱的，如果强行要大家去热爱英语显然是不可能的，说不定这种强制性的学习还会导致大家对英语有很强的抵制情绪。那么用什么样的方式去学习英语会更好呢？我建议大家可以从自己喜欢的英文歌曲或是原版电影入手。例如班上有很多同学都喜欢一些欧美国家的歌星，像后街、艾薇儿包括迈克尔、杰克逊等等，那么大家就可以从多听这些英文歌开始，培养对英语的兴趣。看原版的英文电影也是很好的方式，看的时候尽量消掉中文字幕，只听英文发音。前几遍或许完全听不懂，但反复看几遍后就能连猜带蒙地猜出一些，最后能听懂的地方就会渐渐多起来，同时影片中一些经典的对白如果能够背下来，也是很实用的。当接触了一些欧美的文化后，大家说不定就会对英语有一个全新的认识。这时候，学习英语也就不会这么枯燥无味了。
当然以上我所说的只是概括性的，真正的英语学习还要靠大家亲自来钻研、体会才能真正学好。同时，从整个班上的英语学习来说，大家还是要发挥我们团结合作的优点，互相帮助。英语成绩较好的同学可以给英语成绩较弱的同学一些帮助，让大家的成绩共同提高。
希望今天我的这番发言能够给同学们一点小小的帮助。最后，希望大家能够在今后的英语学习上有一个质的飞跃，在下次的考试中超越六班！

It listens to what people say, and he tries to guess what he hears. When he wants something, he has to ask for it. He is using the language, thinking in it and talking in it all the time. If people use a second language all the time, they will learn it quickly. In school, you learn to read, to write, to hear and to speak. It is best to learn all new words through the ear. 尊敬的老师们，亲爱的同学们：
大家早上好！我是706班的江苇凤，我今天在国旗下讲话的题目是“学好英语，让我更快乐”。
人生最大的快慰是创造，一件难做的事做成了，一种闷在心里的情感和思想表现出来了，自己回头一看，就如同上帝创造了世界。看到它好，自己也充分感觉自己的力量，越发兴起鼓舞。
创作固然不是一种易事，也不是一切不可能的事，只要刻苦学习就能成功。刚开始，我英语成绩总是不好，于是不喜欢英语。看到那枯燥的字母，听到奇怪的发音便讨厌。但是，中国已走上WTO，英语也是全球通用语言，我不想学也得学，便翻开英语书念起来：“A、B、C、D……唉，不读了，烦死了！”一本英语书被我狠狠地扔在地上。不知发过多少次誓，希望把期中考试的分数提上去，可又……唉，还是出去走走透透气吧。我走在街上，漫无目的地走来走去，突然，一个外国人走过来，向我问路，英语一向很差的我就像一个哑巴说不出话来，感觉实在够难受。我红着脸走开了。接着，我走到一家店，在店里看货物，过一会，一个白种人也走进来了，他对售货员说：“I want to have a pen.”售货员只听到“pen”，她进去拿了一个盆子给这个外国人，这个外国人笑着招招手……这样就闹出了笑话，也让中国蒙了羞。经过这次散步，我认识到英语的重要性，这样，我对英语下了决心和产生了新鲜感。
对英语的新鲜感，老师的向导，使我觉得我或许没有过人之资，但我有中人之资。只要我依着一定的程度，一步一步地向前进，有一分功夫，就有一份效果。孜孜不倦，到后来总可以达到脱口而出的程度。于是，鲜话的`字母谁不会？流畅的发音谁不会？英语，仅仅是用与美国人沟通，美国强大，我们只能先跟他们合作。中国便日益强大，到时候别的国家不就学习我们华夏五千年的历史文化吗？现在我已融入英语，在这飞猛发展的世纪，我们都把英语归纳为生活的一部分。如最简单的“Good Bye”不也是英文吗？
英语让我感受到成功，感受到美妙，让我把这瞬间的美丽和快乐抱住，那么瞬间就会成永恒。劳动是要付出的，我却在其中寻找欢乐，寻找生活的意义。英语成了百鸟唱不出的欢乐。

English is important in the modern world. It is spoken all over the world. But a few students don’t learn English well. So they want to drop English. I suggest that you shouldn’t give up English, because English is used in many countries as the first or second language. Most business letters are written in English. It is helpful for you to work in the future. If you don’t know English, you will fall behind others in future.
How can you learn English well? First, you should persevere. It’s true that English is sometimes really very difficult for us. But if you have a good method of learning, I think you will be good at it. Both English listening and speaking are the most difficult for almost every beginner. Sometimes, it seems impossible to learn. But I think if you do a lot of practice, you will make progress, you should speak more and listen more often. You’d better speak English with your classmates as often as possible not only in class but also out of class. I advise you to buy a radio, so you can listen to some English programmes over the radio. Then you will travel in the world of English.If you do that, you’ll be able to learn English well easily, and you’ll like English very much.

1. Listen to BBC news persistently to improve your English hearing.
