　　有的人认为组长是奴仆，中队委、大队委才重要，英语组长和它们比起来看是差距很大，没什么用，但我的感觉却恰恰相反。我认为中队委、大队委，他们的职位是为学校服务，而组长是为班级服务，为小组服务，没有优秀的小组，哪有优质的大队和先进的学校呢？所以，别看不起组长这个职位，哪怕这是一丁点儿“小官”，它管的是小事，但是，它关系到一个集体，一个团队。我认为组长要有责任感，在覆行自己职责的同时，要严格要求自己。
