　　今天是周末，阳光明媚，人们都去踏青，我们也要去寻找春天的气息。经过商量，我们决定去甬东鱼庄烧烤。

　　说干就干，我和哥哥欢蹦乱跳地跑向乐购买烧烤的食品，挑了羊肉串、鸡米花、鸡翅、秋刀鱼……母亲买了一些调味粉、饮料以及一些小零食。买好食品，我们直奔甬东鱼庄。

　　来到鱼庄，我们在湖中央的凉亭上挑了一个合适的位子。老板帮我们拿来了烧烤架和碳，并教我们怎样使用。

　　我们先要把碳烧熟，等烟火差不多没有了，再盖上铁盖子，铺上一张锡纸，就可以开始烧烤了。我自告奋勇要当烧烤师，我拿出一串串烤串放在烧烤架上，一手拿着小刷子刷油，一手不时地翻面，防止烤焦。不久传来肉香，肉串也慢慢地烤成了金黄色，上面开始往外冒油，油滴到碳上发出“滋溜”一声。站在一旁的哥哥看得直流口水，迫不及待地想吃了。母亲说：“心急吃不了热豆腐，要烤熟了才能吃。”

　　过了一会儿，肉串烤熟了，我把它们装在盘子里，并撒上胡椒粉，一盘美味的'烤串出炉了。一上桌，就被一抢而空，大家吃得津津有味，直夸我的手艺好。

　　接下来母亲登场，她也像我一样操作着，我们一家人一边吃，一边玩，大家都洋溢着笑容，开心极了。真是一次难忘的烧烤。
