　如果你茫然地盯着自己的简历，不知道怎样提高，这就是你的答案：集中在成果上。
　　写工作经历的时候，详细叙述你工作的结果或成果。毕竟结果才是潜在雇主们想通过雇用某人所得到的。把你在工作中取得的成就制作成图表，你就越有可能得到你想要的——更多的面试通知电话。
　　“简历是一个推销工具，”拥有13年在不同领域招聘经验的新泽西MRIofMountainside高级业务经理JanBriggs说，“我总是建议候选人在简历中加入成就这一项，因为它们比工作职责更切实。如果有人的简历中有成就这一项，它们将被放入细读的那一堆。他们至少会进入有希望的那一堆。
　　考虑到被招聘经理筛下去的堆积如山的简历，进入有希望的那一堆真是一件好事情。这意味着你已经闯过了第一关，以后有机会被细读了。

　　Whitcomb提供了以下五点技巧来帮助你把简历的重点放在成就上：

　　使用数字
