一共三部分全部是英文（2个小时）
第一部分是26道选择题，简单一些，主要是考c的基础，2进制16进制的转换，指针
等，只要能读懂题都不难，还有简单的iq，只要读懂了时间足够。
第二大题
Given a singly linked list please write a function in C or C language
to fing a cycle in the list .
第三大题
Describe the similarities and differences between starvation and deadlock.
