  三,要总结。在哪里跌倒就在哪里再次跌倒,那是我的一贯作风。你们就不要学了,笔试有不会的,回来赶紧谈论解决。

  四,准备两个自我介绍。一个一分钟,一个三分钟。不说背出来,思路还是要整理出来的。

  五,和别人聊天或者注意别人聊天。从中你可以获得很多你不知道的事。招聘信息,公司好坏,学校专业,学生态度等。哀,你不知道我为什么离开你,其实我不要被看到在搞基,多得是你不知道的事,对吧!

  简历版面必须有条理

  杨萃先老师表示,简历的版面必须有条理、一目了然。因为HR喜欢的简历结构清晰、一眼就能找到相应的信息在哪里。而在描述个人信息时,必须像议论文一样用数字与事实来说话。尤其是“自我介绍”这个环节,通过实例来说明自己的优点,而不是一味只说“有责任感、组织能力强”这种空泛的表术。

  为了吸引HR的眼球,求职者还必须在简历中“秀”出自己与众不同的亮点,即使它与应聘的职位没有直接联系,但这往往能体现出求职者的.“可转移能力”。

  简历制作必须有针对性

  在制作简历时,求职者还必须对简历进行“客户化”,也就是说简历必须有针对性,针对每一个公司和职位制作不同的简历。在简历中重点列举与所申请公司及职位相关的信息,弱化甚至删除对方可能并不重视的内容。尤其是把符合招聘启事中明确列出的职位具体要求的信息点放在一个黄金位置(一般在A4纸的上1/3处)。在编排信息点时,要进行逻辑分类,从而体现出求职者的逻辑性思维能力。最后,简历的语言表达必须做到简练,一页为好。在完成简历之后,一定要找至少五个人让他们圈出不明白的信息和感兴趣的信息,对简历再次润色,逐步完善自己的简历。
