第一， 教课内容是法律基础类、政治类课程，我觉得作为一名人民教师责任重大，不仅要教书，更好育人。

体育运动方面：由于学校的运动设施很完善，我基本上每周二都打羽毛球，每周五都打一场篮球比赛，我认为运动是最好的生活调味剂，可以释放压力舒缓心情。
