The central government 2015 No. 18
The people's governments of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government, and all ministries and commissions of the State Council, and all institutions directly under the state council:
With the approval of the State Council, now the 2016 New Year's day, Spring Festival, Tomb Sweeping Day, labor day, Dragon Boat Festival, Mid Autumn Festival and National Day holiday off date of notification of specific arrangements are as follows.
First, the new year's Day: January 1st holiday, and the weekend.
Two, the Spring Festival: February 7th to 13 vacation days off, a total of 7 days. February 6th (Saturday), February 14th (Sunday).
Three, Ching Ming Festival: April 4th holiday, and the weekend.
Four, Labor Day: May 1st holiday, May 2nd (Monday) time.
Five, the Dragon Boat Festival: June 9th to 11 vacation days off, a total of 3 days. Work on June 12th (Sunday).
Six, the Mid Autumn Festival: September 15th to 17 vacation days off, a total of 3 days. Work on September 18th (Sunday).
Seven, National Day: October 1st to 7 vacation days off, a total of 7 days. October 8th (Saturday), October 9th (Sunday).
During the holidays, all localities and departments to proper arrangements on duty and security work, in case of major emergencies, according to the provisions of timely report and dispose of properly, ensure that the masses and peaceful holiday season safely.

各省、自治区、直辖市人民政府，国务院各部委、各直属机构：
经国务院批准，现将2016年元旦、春节、清明节、劳动节、端午节、中秋节和国庆节放假调休日期的具体安排通知如下。
一、元旦：1月1日放假，与周末连休。
二、春节：2月7日至13日放假调休，共7天。2月6日(星期六)、2月14日(星期日)上班。
三、清明节：4月4日放假，与周末连休。
四、劳动节：5月1日放假，5月2日(星期一)补休。
五、端午节：6月9日至11日放假调休，共3天。6月12日(星期日)上班。
六、中秋节：9月15日至17日放假调休，共3天。9月18日(星期日)上班。
七、国庆节：10月1日至7日放假调休，共7天。10月8日(星期六)、10月9日(星期日)上班。
节假日期间，各地区、各部门要妥善安排好值班和安全、保卫等工作，遇有重大突发事件，要按规定及时报告并妥善处置，确保人民群众祥和平安度过节日假期。

五一节各地习俗
过去，上述活动主要是由政府组织，游行队伍中包括各企业、机关的代表。现在，除政府统筹的'庆祝活动外，各种不同政见的非政府组织、劳工团体，都会在这一天自发举行各种庆祝活动，既可以借这个机会充分阐述各自的政见，又能扩大本组织的影响。
一般来说，游行的队伍要先穿过城市的主要街道、广场，最后在古老的或者宽阔的中心广场举行大型集会和庆典。同时，俄罗斯各地的各种俱乐部还会举行内容丰富、色彩缤纷的娱乐活动，人们的节日情绪很高。
