1. 拟自我介绍的草稿。拟一个英文草稿，多练习，纠正发音，练习流利程度，才会表现得更从容，可以多准备一些常用的词组和连接词，使表达得更地道。
2. 简短的开场白。在比赛时，首先，礼貌的作简短的开场白。对于在场的评委，都要一一示意。开场白可以是固定英文介绍模版，但切忌不能过长。
