时间：On the Halloween night

Scene 1
(巫婆上场，带着巫师帽，手拿魔法棒，骑着扫把用邪恶的语气说)
Witch : (Ha ha ha)…good evening , everybody ! This is Halloween Night . I love Halloween . Kids , do you like Halloween ? Let me show you my friends .five little jack-o-lanterns . (把魔法棒举在头顶转一圈， 转一圈身子，双腿打开，魔法棒指向5个南瓜灯娃娃出场的方向，同时伴随着魔法的绚丽音乐)hey , five little jack-o-lanterns , come here !
(五个南瓜灯一起舞蹈上场【音乐伴奏】,有的站，有的蹲， 各种不同的姿势围着铁门站好自己的位置。巫婆向观众一一介绍五个南瓜灯，每介绍一个，该名幼儿则走到舞台最前面，介绍完毕后再回到自己的原来的位置和造型)
Witch : These are my friends , five little jack-o-lanterns . This is the 1st . He is so brave .
1st JOL :(同手同脚，笨重的走出来) Hello , everyone . I’m the first jack-o-lantern . I’m the biggest and strongest one !(做健美的动作，手握拳向上举起，脚弯曲脚尖点地，左右各一次)Ha-ha-ha…
Witch :This is the second jack-o-lantern . She is a shy girl .
2nd JOL : (尖声细语的说)Hi , my little dear . I’m the second jack-o-lantern . I’m very shy . (双手捂住脸，脚尖在地上转)Nice to meet you . (双手打开和观众打招呼后，害羞地跑回自己的位置)
Witch : Thanks you . You are a good girl . Now comes my third jack-o-lantern . Come and say hallow to everybody
3rd JOL ：Hello , kids . I’m the third jack-o-lantern . I’m the smartest one .(一手叉腰，另一只手在眼睛旁打响一声后， 食指指出) Would you like to be my friend ? (做我爱你的手势，在胸前转一周，飞吻一下)Ha-ha…
Witch : Ok , that’s enough my dear . You must go back to your seat .
3rd JOL ：(低下头说)Yes , madam . (走回位置)
Witch : This is the 4th one . She is very lovely . Come here my baby .
4th JOL:(躲在巫婆的身后，胆怯的露出头)Hi ..hi , I..I’ m here . I’m the fourth jack-o-lantern . I’m very scared. I got to go back . (快速跑回自己的`位置)
Witch : It’s ok my baby . Don’t be afraid . I will be with you . Ok , this is the youngest fifth jack-o-lantern . Come and say hallow to everybody .
5th JOL : Hello hi ! Hello hi !Hello , hello to you . I’ m the fifth jack-o-lantern . I’m the youngest one . Yeah !(闭上一只眼睛，嘟嘴巴，做耶的姿势)
Witch : (做看时间的姿势)Oh , it’s time to go , my dears . Can you wait for me ?
All JOL : Yes , madam !
Witch : Be good , ok ! I will be back soon . Goodbye !
All JOL : Bye-bye !
(巫婆退场，五个南瓜灯保持原位)
Scene 2
(放本首儿歌的音乐，五个南瓜灯各自做着自己的动作，微微的摇晃，唱本首儿歌)
All JOL : (跟着音乐唱儿歌，每到一个南瓜灯说话时，该名幼儿则站起来说)
1st JOL :Oh , it’s getting late .
(男孩A和B打扮成巫师和骷髅手拎着南瓜灯上台。 从舞台一边走上，从另一边走下,做过五个南瓜灯，并假装没看见)
Boys A&B: Halloween fun . We love Halloween.
2nd JOL: Oh, dear, I hear a noise.
3rd JOL: Don’t worry. It’s only some boys.
5th: But ….but...what shall we do, now?
4th:Let’s run ,let’s run .
2nd: Where do you want to go ?
3rd: Shh … listen ! Follow me ! (所有的南瓜灯娃娃做偷听的样子下场)
【The Ghost Story鬼故事】
6人剧本，寝室几个人集体翘课，无聊了讲鬼故事。从前有一个女孩……

SCENE I
There are four people in the dormitory. They skip the class and chat together.
Ken: Oh, the class is very boring. (Ken looks some tedious)
Jeanette: You can say that again.
Jessica: Come on, all of us think the class is really boring.
Mandy: Well, we skip the class together, but now what do we do?
Ken: I don’t know～today is a boring day～
Jeanette: Can we find an interesting thing to do?
Jessica: Hmm…Let me think…How about a ghost story?
Mandy: That sounds great!
Jeanette: Not good! No ghost stories, please!
Mandy: But this is really fun, don’t you think so?
Ken: Ha ha~ she is scared.
Jessica: Wow! I see a chicken~
Jeanette: I don’t feel scared! I just…just…
Ken: You don’t feel scared? OK! Let’s start! Who’s first?
Jeanette: Oh…I am very very scared…can we change the subject?
(Ken. Jessica. Mandy are laughing.)
Jessica: No way, unless you can find a more interesting subject.
Jeanette: I…I can’t (Sign)
Mandy: She can’t, so let’s start telling the story!
Ken: OK, I first?
Jessica: Have you ever heard the story about the dormitory?
Jeanette: No. …I’m really afraid of it. (Jeanette feels little annoyed but she finally concedes)
Mandy: Oh yeah!
SCENE II
Ken: Do you notice that there were some strange voices in the midnight?
Jeanette: Yes, those sometimes woke me up. But, I was tired, I just kept sleeping.
Mandy: You are always sleeping, just like a pig. (Jessica looks unhappy and in a bad mood)
Jessica: And then?
Ken: Do you want to know something about that story?
Jessica: What that is? (Jessica’s voice sounds strange)
Ken: Ya!! There has been a girl living here. She really wanted a boyfriend to keep company with her.
(Aside)
She was very strange. When she saw a man, she always went forward, winked at them, and showed them a big smile. But, all of men just ran away very very fast. She really felt lonely. This made her sad, and then she often wandered in the dormitory, even in the midnight. One day, she was found dead below the bridge. And her face was gone.
Ken: Do you know where the bridge is?
Jessica: Maybe it is located……ha ha
Jeanette: Oh, no…can we stop this subject?
Mandy: In front of our room?
Ken: Hey~ you got it…
Jessica: Wait! I want to go to the toilet. (Jessica looks uncomfortable)
Jeanette: Hey girl! Are you scared? You are so afraid that you wanna go to the toilet
(Ken and Mandy laugh)
Jessica: Are you kidding? Oh oh…no… (Rush out the room)
(Jeanette. Ken. Mandy feel so bored and they try to do something interesting, so they start to play cards.)
SCENCE III
(The true roommate wakes up)
Dorice: Hey, what are you talking about?
(Ken. Jeanette. Mandy look at Dorice with pale and keep a long silence that nobody dares to break the quiet)
Dorice: You all look so scared.
Ken: We are talking about the ghost story in the dormitory.
Dorice: Are you? So you skip the class, too. Ha ha…
Jeanette: Wait a minute. You…you…you went out to the bathroom. Are you always here?
Dorice: I have slept on my bed for a long time. I was awake by your noise. What happened? (Stretching herself)
Mandy: Oh my ~ who is the person talked with us? (A little shocked)
Ken: Ah~
Jeanette: I…I…I am so scared!
Dorice: Shut up!!
(The ghost comes back)
Jessica: Everybody~ I come back~
Jeanette: Oh no~ don’t get closed to me.
Mandy: Leave me alone. (Shouted)
Jessica: I…I…I just…
Ken: You…you leave here right now!
Jessica: I just want to make friends with you.
Mandy: You don’t belong here. Get out here!
Jessica: I don’t want to hurt you…
Ken: But you are…
Jessica: We chatted happily, didn’t we?
Jeanette: Stop it, please…
Jessica: All right, I’ll leave here.
(The ghost leaves)
Dorice: What happened? Who is she?
(SITUATION: Jeanette. Ken. Mandy explain what happened to Dorice. )
Jeanette: Why such a thing happened to us?
Ken, Dorice, Mandy: (sign)
SCENCE IV
Ken: Ah…Do you want to help that ghost?
Jeanette: Wow! You are so crazy. How can you?
Dorice: I think that Ken just feels it was lonely for a long time.
(Everybody keep a silence)
Mandy: Ah…Maybe you are right.
Ken: Do you have any good idea to help her?
Dorice: But what we can do for…AHH…
(Jessica comes back to the room suddenly)
Jessica: Ca…can you help me?
Ken, Jeanette, Dorice and Mandy: YES…YES!!
Mandy: We don’t know why you disguised yourself as Dorice. Do you want to find a person to be company with you or do you want to find a human being that displaces you as the ghost in the bridge?
Jessica: Oh no…no!! I just…just want to contact with people. I am not harmful, and I just feel lonely for a long time! I want to make a friend…
(The ghost is crying.)
Jeanette: Hey, don’t cry. We also are not baleful and we’re just curious and afraid of you.
Ken: Ya! We have never met a ghost like you. It’s a very strange experience for us.
Dorice: Ya! Ken is right. Could you tell us why you are here?
SCENE V
Mandy: And is the story really true?
(The ghost, Jessica nods her head.)
Jessica: Like what you said, I really felt unhappy and lonely just because nobody liked me. I’m not a suicide, it was an accident, and I just slipped from the top of dormitory.
Ken: Why your face was gone?
(Jeanette. Dorice Mandy: Hey…Don’t ask this.)
Jessica: Maybe someone thinks that I’m ugly. (Jessica just sign)
Ken: Hey! Don’t look down on yourself; we’re all willing to make friends with you.
(Jessica just looks the others)
Everyone: Yes! Yes!
Jessica: Really! You are so kind.Ha Ha … …
(Suddenly the lights become dark again)
Everyone: What happened? (Nervous)
Jessica: You will be my friends, right? Come to hell with me! Ha Ha … …
(Everyone cry.)

Jack：A clever but naughty farmer（聪明但调皮的农夫，主角）
Devil：The ruler of the underworld（冥界恶魔）
Village Elder：Wise old man in the village（村里的智者）

Narrator：Tells the story（旁白，可由老师担任）

Orange pumpkins（橙色南瓜，2 个，一个完整，一个刻好眼睛、嘴巴的'南瓜灯）
Candle（蜡烛，用于南瓜灯）
Old coat and hat（杰克的旧外套和帽子）
Red cape（恶魔的红色斗篷）
Wooden stick（村民的木棍）
三、Scene（场景）
Scene 1：Jack’s Farm（杰克的农场，摆放南瓜和农具）
Scene 2：A Dark Road（黑暗的小路，用黑色幕布或纸板营造夜晚氛围）
Scene 3：Village Square（村庄广场，摆放石凳）
四、Script（剧本）
Narrator：
Halloween is coming! Do you know why we carve pumpkins into lanterns? It all starts with a farmer named Jack. Let’s listen to his story.
Scene 1：Jack’s Farm（杰克的农场）
(Jack is sitting on a pumpkin, eating an apple. Villagers walk by.)
Villager 1：Jack! You said you’d help us pick vegetables today. Where were you?
Jack：(Laughs) Oh, I was busy… looking for something fun! Look at these big pumpkins. They’re perfect for… well, I haven’t thought yet!
Village Elder：(Shakes head) Jack, you’re always playing tricks. Halloween is near. Be careful—some say the Devil walks the earth on this night!
Jack：Devil? Pfft! I’m not scared of him. If I meet him, I’ll trick him too!
(Villagers shake their heads and leave. Jack grins and continues playing with pumpkins.)
Scene 2：A Dark Road（黑暗的小路）
(Night falls. Jack walks on the road, humming. Devil appears with a red cape.)
Devil：(Loud voice) Jack! I heard you’re not scared of me. Now, come with me to the underworld!
Jack：(Calmly) Wait, Devil. Before we go, can you do me a favor? I’m hungry. Turn this apple into a gold coin, and I’ll go with you.
Devil：(Smirks) Easy! (Waves his hand. The apple becomes a gold coin.)
Jack：(Grabs the coin and runs) Ha! Fooled you! Catch me if you can!
(Devil gets angry. He chases Jack, but Jack runs to a tree and climbs up.)
Devil：Get down here!
Jack：Not until you promise me one thing—never take my soul to the underworld!
Devil：(Grumbles) Fine! I promise! Now come down!
(Jack climbs down. Devil disappears in a puff of smoke.)
Scene 3：Village Square（村庄广场）
(Weeks later. Jack is old and sick. He lies on a stone 凳. The Village Elder stands beside him.)
Jack：Elder… I’m scared. The Devil promised not to take me, but where will I go when I die?
Village Elder：Jack, you tricked the Devil, but you also helped people sometimes. Maybe there’s a way.
(Jack dies. His soul floats up. He has no place to go—he can’t go to heaven or the underworld. He feels sad.)
Jack：(Cries) What can I do? It’s so dark…
(The Devil appears, holding a small candle.)
Devil：Jack, I kept my promise, but I’ll give you this candle. It will light your way. But be careful—it will go out soon!
(Jack takes the candle. He sees a pumpkin nearby. He carves eyes and a mouth in it, then puts the candle inside.)
Jack：Look! A lantern! Now I have light, and I won’t be lost!
Narrator：
From then on, people carve pumpkins into lanterns on Halloween. They call them “Jack’s Lanterns” to remember Jack’s story. And that’s why we have pumpkin lanterns on Halloween!
